★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliatissimo. Sicuramente da annoverare tra i migliori di Sondrio. Ristorante curato in ambiente caldo e piacevole, bella atmosfera, elegante e ideale sia per coppie che per piccoli gruppi di amici. Cucina dai sapori decisi, ma molto gustosi, ben equilibrati ed autentici, perfetti e originali gli abbinamenti e le materie prime, sopratutto la carne, assolutamente ben selezionate. Filetto strepitoso e ottima ogni portata, contorni compresi (e non è cosa da tutti) e dolci.
Ottima, ovviamente, selezione di vini.
Decisamente un locale che consiglio a chi ama la buona cucina, per una volta, non necessariamente legata solo a piatti tipici locali.
 Highly recommended. Certainly to be counted among the best in Sondrio. Well-kept restaurant in a warm and pleasant environment, nice atmosphere, elegant and ideal for both couples and small groups of friends. Cuisine with strong but very tasty flavors, well balanced and authentic, perfect and original combinations and raw materials, especially the meat, absolutely well selected. Amazing fillet and excellent every course, including side dishes (and not everyone's thing) and desserts.
Excellent, of course, wine selection.
Definitely a place that I recommend to those who love good food, for once, not necessarily linked only to typical local dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buone sia le materie prime utilizzate, sia la realizzazione dei piatti. Abbiamo preso piatti non troppo elaborati, dove gli abbinamenti potessero esprimersi al meglio. Decisamente da provare, anche per il servizio, e la posizione in pieno centro storico, che invoglia a fare due passi dopo cena?
Both the raw materials used and the preparation of the dishes are good. We took dishes that were not too elaborate, where the combinations could express themselves at their best. Definitely to try, also for the service, and the location in the historic center, which invites you to take a stroll after dinner?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un locale assolutamente meraviglioso ed unico nel suo genere. Non ho ancora avuto modo di degustare il loro eccezionale menù ma lo farò presto. Ambiente molto intimo, "riscaldato" ancor di più da un'atmosfera jazz di altri tempi. Assolutamente consigliato ???????
An absolutely wonderful and one-of-a-kind place. I haven't had a chance to taste their exceptional menu yet but I will soon. Very intimate environment, "heated" even more by a jazz atmosphere of other times. Absolutely recommended ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale molto ben arredato, con la particolarità di avere "la cucina a vista" e personale estremamente gentile.
Consigliato per diversificare un po' dalla solita cucina valtellinese. Piatti originali ( molti a base di pesce ) e ricercati.
Dolci TOP, consiglio la cheesecake e il semifreddo alle mandorle.
Very well furnished room, with the particularity of having "open kitchen" and extremely kind staff.
Recommended to diversify a little from the usual Valtellinese cuisine. Original dishes (many based on fish) and refined.
TOP desserts, I recommend the cheesecake and the almond semifreddo.

Prezzi non proprio da osteria ma nel complesso giusti per la qualità delle portate e della location. Il caffè ci è stato offerto ☕
Very suggestive, well-kept location with open kitchen. Very nice and helpful staff, excellent food, goose breast recommended! The desserts are also very good. Prices not really from a tavern but on the whole fair for the quality of the courses and the location. Coffee was offered to us ☕

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando entri al Petrus è come fare un meraviglioso salto nel passato, si respira un'atmosfera d'altri tempi; un luogo fuori dal tempo e dallo spazio, perché non sembra nemmeno di essere a Sondrio. I piatti del giorno sono sempre curati nei dettagli e con materie prime di qualità. E dalla settimana prossima si potrà mangiare anche nel dehors, non vedo l'ora!!!!
When you enter the Petrus it is like taking a wonderful leap into the past, you breathe an atmosphere of other times; a place out of time and space, because it doesn't even seem to be in Sondrio. The dishes of the day are always treated in detail and with quality raw materials. And from next week you can also eat on the terrace, I can't wait !!!!
