È sicuramente uno dei migliori ristoranti presenti, con location aprezzabile.
Abbiamo mangiato divinamente, piatti gourmet ricercati e materia prima eccelsa.
La location è situata al terzo piano di un palazzo con vista su tutta la città.
Prezzi onesti, persino fin troppo data la qualità del cibo.
Non c'è molto da aggiungere, davvero perfetti.

It is certainly one of the best restaurants present, with an open location.
We ate divinely, refined gourmet dishes and excellent raw materials.
The location is located on the third floor of a building overlooking the whole city.
Fair prices, even too much given the quality of the food.

Per chi non conosce Gennaro fatevi una ricerca su Google e vedrete che ha un curriculum formativo e lavorativo che fa paura.
La sala elegante ha subito una forte riduzione dei coperti per rispettare le distanze a causa del Covid, dettagli curati finemente, tavola apparecchiata con amore, miglior servizio di calici e piatti sono segni di attenzione verso i propri ospiti e danno un chiaro messaggio sullo stile dei padroni di casa.
Piatti belli da vedere e buonissimi da mangiare.
Poi i migliori prodotti esaltati dalla competenza e dall’ispirazione di uno chef giovane ma di talento che firma piatti sia a base di mare che di terra eterei ed evocatori, talvolta molto originali. Le foto dei piatti squisiti ed equilibrati parlano solo in maniera visiva ma vi assicuro che al gusto meritano alla grande e con il giusto abbinamento cibo-vino.
La Carta dei vini è veramente Eccellente !!!
Quindi, Merita la fermata, merita la deviazione ?
Assolutamente un Sì pieno per un’esperienza Gourmet, e forse è la volta Buona che S. Giovanni Rotondo conquisti 1 ? Stella Michelin, parola di #PusherofWine

Restaurant recently reopened under the new management of Gennaro Buono.
For those unfamiliar with Gennaro, do a search on Google and you will see that it has a scary training and work curriculum.
The elegant room has undergone a strong reduction in the number of seats to respect the distances due to Covid, finely cared for details, table set with love, better service of glasses and dishes are signs of attention towards their guests and give a clear message on the style of the hosts.
Dishes beautiful to look at and delicious to eat.
Then the best products enhanced by the competence and inspiration of a young but talented chef who signs both sea-based and ethereal and evocative dishes, sometimes very original. The photos of the exquisite and balanced dishes speak only visually but I assure you that they deserve great taste and the right combination of food and wine.
The wine list is truly excellent !!!
So, does it deserve the stop, does it deserve the detour?
Absolutely a full Yes for a Gourmet experience, and perhaps it is the right time for S. Giovanni Rotondo to win 1 Michelin Star, word of #PusherofWine

Al terzo pianos I un condominio, sfrutta la piccola terrazza in estate, con apparecchiatura easy molto carina, anche se la location all’interno è decisamente più bella. Ho trovato molto buona la cucina. Vini ad ottimi prezzi. Disponibili piatti per celiaci. Personale elegante e gentile. Ottimo servizio. Lo consiglio.
A nice experience. On the third floor I an apartment building, takes advantage of the small terrace in summer, with very nice easy equipment, even if the location inside is much more beautiful. I found the cuisine very good. Wines at great prices. Gluten-free dishes available. Elegant and kind staff. Excellent service. I advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine dining restaurant with nice interior design, impeccably clean, and professional and very helpful staff. The food was as well presented as it was tasty. The wine by the glass that we had was great too. We had an amuse-bouche and a little desert free of charge.
