G	Gionatan Squillace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo cenato qui su consiglio di un amico. Il luogo in questione è all’interno di un castello che risiede in uno scenario unico. Quello dei colli bolognesi. Abbiamo ordinato due primi, caramelle (una pasta ripiena tipica della zona) e dei tortelli ai funghi. Molto buoni. La vera forza sono stati comunque i secondi. Carne di cinghiale in umido e spezzatino di musetto. Buonissimi. Il vino è della zona. Un posto niente male. We dined here on the recommendation of a friend. The place in question is inside a castle that resides in a unique setting. That of the Bolognese hills. We ordered two first courses, candies (a stuffed pasta typical of the area) and tortelli with mushrooms. Very good. However, the real strength was the latter. Stewed wild boar meat and musetto stew. Very good. The wine is from the area. Not a bad place.

Accoglienza ottima e casalinga, cucina superlativa e prezzi assolutamente nella media. Una scoperta veramente piacevole assolutamente imperdibile per chi si trovasse in zona. Located in the splendid ancient village of Castello di Serravalle in the shadow of the bell tower is this delightful tavern. Excellent and homey reception, superb cuisine and absolutely average prices. A truly pleasant discovery absolutely not to be missed for anyone in the area.

Un po' freddino il servizio. Local within the beautiful village of the Serravalle castle, it offers genuine cuisine with good first and second courses, accompanied by local wines. The service is a bit chilly.

Personale accogliente e rilassante Il posto è bellisimo sembra di ritornare nel medio evo. Se passate una sosta io la farei. Molto buoni i primi, i miei spaghetti alla chitarra con misto di funghi erano davvero ottimi e ben conditi, le cipolle al forno squisite nella loro semplicità e compostezza. Siamo state accolte con gentilezza in una serata nebbiosa in cui avevamo deciso all'ultimo di cenare fuori per la voglia di fare quattro chiacchere tra amiche con un bicchiere di buon vino ed abbiamo trovato il posto giusto, la carta presenta vini per lo più locali di ottime cantine delle colline bolognesi. Oltre che l'ottimo cibo, ho apprezzato la discrezione e la riservatezza della titolare e l'educazione del cuoco che ci ha salutate a fine cena. Consigliatissimo. Small restaurant inside the Rocca in the medieval village of Serravalle Castle, with a welcoming and rustic atmosphere. The first courses were very good, my spaghetti alla chitarra with mixed mushrooms were really excellent and well seasoned, the baked onions exquisite in their simplicity and composure. We were welcomed with kindness on a foggy evening in which we had decided at the last minute to dine out for the desire to have a chat with friends with a glass of good wine and we found the right place, the list features mostly local wines from excellent cellars in the Bolognese hills. In addition to the excellent food, I appreciated the discretion and confidentiality of the owner and the education of the cook who greeted us at the end of the dinner. Highly recommended.

Eccellenti i dolci, tutti fatti in casa. Prezzi contenuti, titolari gentilissimi. Il tutto nel contesto di un borgo medievale tenuto come un gioiello. Merita davvero!! Amazing traditional dishes: magnificent mezzelune with porcini mushrooms, lasagna and tortellini; the meat of the grill is exquisite: tender, juicy and perfectly cooked. Excellent desserts, all homemade. Low prices, very kind owners. All in the context of a medieval village kept like a jewel. Really deserves it !!

Dopo un tranquillo giro in moto mi sono fermato in questa bella trattoria già frequentata in passato. Ottima qualità del cibo anche se non ho ordinato tantissimo. Caramelle speck e zucchini, verdura alla griglia e..... friggione. Il tutto bagnato da un'ottima Barbera. Ci tornerò con Clotilde anche per visitare il bel museo adiacente Quiet location within the walls of Castelletto di Serravalle. After a leisurely motorbike ride, I stopped at this beautiful trattoria that was already popular in the past. Great quality of food even though I didn't order a lot. Speck and zucchini candies, grilled vegetables and ..... friggione. All bathed in an excellent Barbera. I will be back with Clotilde also to visit the nice museum next door
D	Dan S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps because of Corona one member of staff stared at us as if we were aliens as we walked in (not expecting foreigners perhaps?), but things got better and we had a pleasant enough meal and although the mixed grill suffered from a couple of not so tender pieces of meat, the chips were good and the tortelloni dishes decent and the desserts ok too.
