M	Massimo Chielli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Risalendo la val di Bisenzio, giunti a Vernio e oltrepassata la caserma dei carabinieri, in pochi minuti si raggiunge la frazione di Costozze, dove si trova il ristorante Stefanacci. Immagino che d'estate, mangiare in terrazza, sia una grande soddisfazione, ma anche d'inverno, non si sta poi così male. Il locale è stato in parte ristrutturato, l'accoglienza è semplici e genuina, come la cucina. Provato un sabato sera con gli amici, abbiamo optato per: un classico antipasto misto toscano (con affettati -buono il prosciutto-, crostini e sott'oli), il piatto forte della casa ovvero tortelli di patate con ragù e burro e salvia (NOTEVOLI!) e per concludere 2 vassoi di fritto, uno con pollo e coniglio e l'altro di verdure. Sul fritto, qualcosa da ridire l'avrei: va bene la tradizione, discreta la croccantezza, ma se i bocconcini fossero rimasti meno imbevuti di olio, sarebbero stati decisamente più digeribili! In compenso ci possiamo rifare con una deliziosa crostata di ricotta, GNAM Concludo con il giudizio: Per la prima volta ho forzato la mia valutazione, la 4^ stella è d'incoraggiamento, perché il costo è sicuramente modesto -per quanto si mangia-, perché tenere un ristorante in un posto del genere è da eroi e perché tortelli e crostata sono tanta roba.... ma oggi giorno, da un ristorante, io mi aspetto di più e di sicuro un fritto migliore. Going up the Bisenzio valley, upon reaching Vernio and passing the police station, in a few minutes you reach the hamlet of Costozze, where the Stefanacci restaurant is located. I imagine that in summer, eating on the terrace is a great satisfaction, but also in winter, it's not so bad. The restaurant has been partially renovated, the reception is simple and genuine, like the kitchen. Tried a Saturday evening with friends, we opted for: a classic Tuscan mixed appetizer (with cold cuts -good ham-, crostini and pickles), the main dish of the house or potato tortelli with ragù and butter and sage (NOTE !) and finally 2 trays of fried food, one with chicken and rabbit and the other with vegetables. On fried food, I would have something to say: tradition is fine, the crunchiness is fair, but if the morsels had remained less soaked in oil, they would have been much more digestible! On the other hand we can redo it with a delicious ricotta tart, GNAM I conclude with the judgment: For the first time I have forced my evaluation, the 4th star is encouraging, because the cost is certainly modest - as far as you eat -, because keeping a restaurant in such a place is heroic and because tortelli and tart are a lot of stuff .... but nowadays, from a restaurant, I expect more and certainly better fried food.

E se da freddini erano comunque super buoni, non oso immaginare come sarebbero da caldi come si deve. Fotonici. Ritorneremo anche x assaggiare il fritto di pollo e coniglio che a vederlo faceva molta gola ! Historic restaurant where people have always eaten well. Very good tortelli, even if last night they arrived a little cold. And if they were super good when cold, I can't imagine how hot they would be when they should be. Photonics. We will also return x to taste the fried chicken and rabbit which was very tempting to see!
