Gustosi e ben serviti diversi piatti, molto buoni anche i dolci. Ringrazio sia la dolcissima cameriera messicana, che il proprietario che al momento del conto è venuto ad accettarsi della serata. Il personale, cortese e gentile , ha saputo consigliare i piatti giusti. La glicia al tartufo nero...sublime e la possibilità di scegliere l'acqua è una chicca in più. Bravi i proprietari. Cucina di altissimo livello. Prezzi alti ma giusti per la qualità del menu e del servizio. Ottimi gli Gnocchi salsiccia di Bra galletti ecc. e gli Spaghettoni Cacio e Pepe tuorlo marinato ecc.; La Guancia di Vitellone è da 10 e lode. Peccato non aver conosciuto questo posto prima, perché avrei potuto godere dello spazio esterno dove c è una grotta con tavolinetti e divanetti. Forse un unico consiglio, valorizzerei più l 'interno, che comunque risulta essere accogliente, eliminando il frigo bianco esterno a vista e sostituendo il mobiletto per i bicchieri...ma forse è solo una mia deformazione professionale.
