★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a hidden gem!! My boyfriend and I visited Valmontone and we were looking for a place to have decent lunch, then we found this restaurant randomly.
Everything was above our expectation!! Food was outstanding. The gentle owner offered us a bit of everything as a starters as we struggled to choose( the portions were so generous!). Every single food we’ve tasted were so delicate and rich, especially my favourite was the tartare with the filling of Burrata - it was amazing.
One of the best restaurant I’ve ever been! Highly recommended
