L	Lorenzo De Carlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo l'esperienza nel complesso non è stata particolarmente soddisfacente come ci si aspetterebbe da un ristorante con un listino prezzi medio-alto. Personalmente ho provato il bucatino con vongole e bottarga, la pasta era decisamente poco cotta, molto, troppo al dente. Il sughetto era anche buono, ma in un piatto di 15 euro bisogna azzeccare la cottura della pasta come minimo. Lo spaghetto aglio e olio per un bambino al tavolo aveva aglio crudo all'interno ma tutto sommato era buono, purtroppo non ho le foto degli altri piatti, ma sono stati prese linguine allo scoglio, anche queste discrete, il pesce fresco e buono ma il sugo mediocre. (Penso sia colpa del pomodoro usato). E il fritto, l'unico motivo per la quale non so meno di tre stelle, il fritto era veramente buono, come sapore e come porzione. I camerieri e il servizio di poca esperienza ma comunque hanno fatto il loro lavoro egregiamente, il conto un po' alto vista la qualità dei piatti, ma penso e mi auguro sia solo un episodio isolato, a tutti può capitare di sbagliare la cottura di una linguina. Unfortunately the overall experience was not particularly satisfying as one would expect from a restaurant with a medium to high price list. Personally I tried the bucatino with clams and bottarga, the pasta was definitely undercooked, very, too al dente. The sauce was also good, but in a plate of 15 euros you have to get the pasta cooked at a minimum. The spaghetti with garlic and oil for a child at the table had raw garlic inside but all in all it was good, unfortunately I don't have photos of the other dishes, but linguine allo scoglio were taken, these too decent, the fish fresh and good but the mediocre gravy. (I think it's the tomato used). And the fried, the only reason why I don't know less than three stars, the fried was really good, in terms of flavor and portion. The waiters and the service of little experience but still they did their job very well, the bill a bit high given the quality of the dishes, but I think and I hope it is only an isolated episode, everyone can happen to make a mistake cooking a linguine.

Menù della tradizione ma rivisitat…. Pesce freschissimo come sempre pane fatto in casa la grigliata cotta sul braciere è una carta dei vini più ricercata e attenta verso quei produttori sia locali che non ma che seguono una filosofia di biodinamica ! Lo Sirocco is an old generation and historical restaurant of igea Marina whose grandchildren have given a new look and stylistic imprint. Traditional but revisited menu…. Fresh fish, as always, homemade bread, grilled grilled on the brazier is a more refined wine list and attentive to those producers both local and not but who follow a biodynamic philosophy!

Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile.
