Il locale è praticamente una vecchia casa cantoniera ristrutturata, attaccata al binario dismesso della vecchia ferrovia Cosenza-San Giovanni In Fiore, quindi è molto caratteristico. La pinsa era molto buona. Abbiamo preso 2 pinse: la Bresaola e la Casello 65 e una bottiglia d'acqua pagando 20 euro. Beautiful place and very very good grip! The restaurant is practically an old renovated roadman's house, attached to the disused track of the old Cosenza-San Giovanni In Fiore railway, so it is very characteristic. The pinsa was very good. We took 2 pinse: Bresaola and Casello 65 and a bottle of water for 20 euros.

Personale gentile. Prezzi nella media del luogo. Una nota un po' stonata è la mancanza della carta dei vini. 4 stelle per l'incoraggiamento nel migliorare. Tornerò sicuramente!!! Original setting ... former train station. Traditional Silan cuisine. Workhorse: Scialatielli. Also pizzeria and Pinseria. Good service. Friendly staff. Average prices for the place. A slightly out of tune note is the lack of the wine list. 4 stars for encouragement to improve. I will definitely be back !!!

Se cercate qualità andate altrove Per poter mangiare la pizza un attesa interminabile ma non è la cosa peggiore della serata. Arrivano le patate mbacchiuse, come antipasto, piene zuppe di olio con la cipolla ed il bacon del supermercato anziché la pancetta. Il caciocavallo arrostito è risultato mediocre perché fatto cuocere ed asciugare troppo. Per quanto riguarda la pizza l' impasto era molto salato e gli ingredienti utilizzati per guarnirla di scarsissima qualità. Abbiamo ordinato: una pizza con guanciale (come da menu) e porcini ma al posto del guanciale anche qui è stato utilizzato il bacon in vaschetta del supermercato; una con salame ed olive nere non denocciolate ma purtroppo arrivano olive nere denocciolate in salamoia come quelle che si vedono nei barattoli del supermercato mentre il salame era tutt'altro che casereccio ( come mi sarei aspettato ) Oltre a rifilare ai clienti il bacon a cubetti al posto della pancetta e del guanciale, al posto della mozzarella, come indicato nel menù, usa provola o pasta filata per pizza. Allego la foto della pizza avanzata che ho portato a casa per un cagnolino randagio. A fine serata alla cassa il proprietario chiede come è andata ed espongo la mia delusione. Con totale indifferenza e noncuranza non si scusa e dice che avremmo potuto mandarla indietro. Oltretutto non prova nemmeno a rimediare facendo uno sconto oppure offrendo un caffè. I enclose the photo of the leftover pizza I brought home for a stray dog. At the end of the evening at the cashier the owner asks how it went and I expose my disappointment.
