★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peggiore esperienza in 60 anni della mia vita e di un gruppo di amici di 18 persone . Pessima qualità, pessimo servizio, tempi d attesa lunghissimi ,pietanze difformi da quelle ordinate; per non parlare prezzo. Vivamente sconsigliato, anzi di più.
Worst experience in 60 years of my life and by a group of friends of 18. Bad quality, bad service, very long waiting times, dishes different from those ordered; not to mention price. Strongly not recommended, even more so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non la migliore pizza che ho mangiato, cornicione bruciato e prevalenza di alcuni ingredienti su altri in un insieme poco armonizzato. Poco personale rispetto alla grandezza della sala. Bisogna sbracciarsi a lungo per richiamare l'attenzione.
Not the best pizza I have eaten, burnt ledge and prevalence of some ingredients over others in a poorly harmonized whole. Little personal compared to the size of the room. It takes a long waving to get attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impasto buono e digeribile, pomodoro meno, (abbastanza acido) mozzarella misurata, i broccoli (pochi) bolliti... ora mi risulta che la verdura sulla pizza sia o grigliata o 'ripassata', ma lessata e sciapa proprio non si può vedere! unica eccezione probabilmente gli asparagi, ma non era questo il caso.
In compenso troviamo la Torta Oasi, il cui aspetto sembrerebbe invitante, non fosse che sono 3 strati di Pan di Spagna di cui uno dal colore ci si aspetta di sentirlo imbevuto di Alkermes, invece son tutti molto asciutti -uno addirittura risulta salato- e le creme bicolori andrebbero servite ben più fredde, non quasi a temperatura ambiente!
Insomma, pizzeria da grandi numeri e grande scena, perfetta per cerimonie, ma con un territorio pieno di Masserizie ed Agriturismi uno meglio dell'altro, non regge proprio; 3 stelle solo perché era aperta la sera del 15 Agosto contrariamente alla maggior parte.
Good and digestible dough, less tomato, (fairly acidic) measured mozzarella, (few) boiled broccoli ... now I understand that the vegetables on the pizza are either grilled or 'sautéed', but boiled and sciapa just can't be seen! the only exception was probably asparagus, but this was not the case.
On the other hand, we find the Oasi Cake, whose appearance would seem inviting, were it not for the fact that they are 3 layers of sponge cake, one of which with the color one expects to feel soaked in Alkermes, instead they are all very dry - one is even salty - and the two-colored creams should be served much colder, not nearly at room temperature!
In short, a pizzeria with large numbers and a great scene, perfect for ceremonies, but with a territory full of Household goods and farmhouses, one better than the other, it just doesn't hold up; 3 stars only because it was open on the evening of August 15th contrary to most.

From Termolese I can say excellent fresh fish cooked with local art, new and very clean and very kind staff.
