★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unica cosa positiva sembrerebbe la qualità delle materie prime... Servizio lentissimo, ristorante pieno, ma essere in due e mangiare in tempi diversi non è accettabile. Personale gentile. Prezzi veramente troppo, troppo, troppo alti per quello che abbiamo mangiato e soprattutto per la location che vorrebbe ricordare una vecchia trattoria.
The only positive thing would seem the quality of the raw materials ... Very slow service, full restaurant, but being two and eating at different times is not acceptable. Friendly staff. Prices really too, too, too high for what we ate and above all for the location that would remind us of an old trattoria.

The traditional restaurant is family run, no concession to fashion, straightforward but very good. Traditional and local dishes, skilful cuisine. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In occasione del mercatino dell'Antiquariato di Nizza che si tiene la terza domenica del mese abbiamo avuto modo di provare il ristorante Nicese che si trova in via Carlo Alberto la via principale di Nizza Monferrato.
Locale piccolo ben curato e accogliente propone una scelta tra piatti della cucina tradizionale piemontese e non.
Io e mia moglie abbiamo provato un antipasto misto una lasagna e una polenta con brasato il tutto accompagnato da mezzo litro di vino rosso Barbera della cantina di Nizza.
Ottima qualità del cibo il sapore dei piatti
L'unico appunto è il rapporto prezzo quantità sull' antipasto misto €12 per quello che c'era nel piatto sono eccessivi

On the occasion of the Nice Antiques market held on the third Sunday of the month we had the opportunity to try the Nicese restaurant which is located in via Carlo Alberto, the main street of Nizza Monferrato.
Small well-kept and welcoming restaurant offers a choice between traditional Piedmontese and non-traditional cuisine.
My wife and I tried a mixed appetizer a lasagna and a polenta with braised meat all accompanied by half a liter of Barbera red wine from the Nizza winery.
Excellent quality of food the flavor of the dishes
The only note is the price / quantity ratio on the mixed appetizer € 12 for what was on the plate are excessive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per me è il regno della bagna cauda e qui è accompagnata dai buonissimi e tenerissimi cardi gobbi di Nizza Monferrato. Ottimi anche i ravioli. Molto gentile e particolare la titolare che con le sue battute ti fa passare 2 ore spensierate. Senz'altro ritornerò
For me it is the kingdom of bagna cauda and here it is accompanied by the delicious and tender humpback thistles of Nizza Monferrato. The ravioli are also excellent. Very kind and particular the owner who with her jokes makes you spend 2 carefree hours. I will definitely return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems they lost the will to run a restaurant. The Vitello Tonnato tuna cream was more mayonnaise than anything else. My friends had pizza, but we would rather go to the supermarket and buy a frozen one. The dough was salty and the texture was like a stack of wet napkins with tomato sauce. The positive I have to say was the risotto, that was fantastic and really tasty. And there was so hot inside. A funny side note was the toilet, it was like a scene in the tv series “Stranger Things”. Everything was blinking and said spooky noises.
