Il locale si presenta vecchio e molto all'antica, per quello che si mangia nonché la qualità i prezzi sono altissimi. To forget, the overcooked and very salty food is bad. The place looks old and very old-fashioned, for what you eat as well as the quality the prices are very high.

Sembra quasi di essere in una sala enorme di una casa privata, un po' come i primi ristoranti con annessi alimentari (difatti all'ingresso poco illuminato c'è bancone con vetrina stile anni 70 con esposti affettati, formaggi ecc) e di fronte uno spaccato della cucina a vista. A lavorare i 2 gestori anziani. Gentile la signora, nel servizio e nello scambiare 2/battute. Buoni i crostini ed affettati di antipasto e buono il tris di primi (porzioni abbondanti). Prezzo contenuto (adeguato all'ambiente spartano). Siamo andati un sabato a pranzo, senza prenotare, c'era posto ma al contrario di quanto pensassimo non facevano pizza (consiglio di chiamare prima). Tornerei per provare la pizza. Spartan place in the hills just outside southern Siena, very familiar atmosphere. It almost seems to be in a huge room of a private house, a bit like the first restaurants with food outbuildings (in fact, at the dimly lit entrance there is a counter with a 70's style showcase with meats, cheeses etc.) and in front of one cross-section of the open kitchen. The 2 elderly managers work. Dear Ms., in service and in exchanging 2 / jokes. Good croutons and sliced appetizers and good trio of first courses (generous portions). Low price (suitable for the Spartan environment). We went on a Saturday for lunch, without booking, there was no place but contrary to what we thought they did not make pizza (I recommend calling first). I'd go back to try the pizza.

Posto consigliato Excellent cuisine, super friendly staff, even though I arrived like a stray with a travel bicycle. And really low prices. Recommended place

Il ristorante è a 5 minuti di distanza da casa quindi ci ritorneremo sicuramente. La famiglia che lo gestisce è sempre accogliente e rispetta i criteri di sicurezza (mascherine e green pass) Home cooking, tasty and tasty. We tried both the pizzas and the Maremma ravioli, in two consecutive dinners. Always good homemade and excellent dishes. The restaurant is 5 minutes away from home so we will definitely be back. The family that runs it is always welcoming and respects safety criteria (masks and green pass)

S	Shell Fagan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple, but prefect! Our main courses and pasta where good, but for me the highlight was the pizza sauce! They got it prefect! Food was delicious we really enjoyed it, and we stumbled in by accident! The decor was nice too, it felt like you where at a family gathering not a restaurant, surrounded by locals and a small old school TV playing in the corner. Waiter was helpful, explained some of the dishes so we knew what we were getting they also allowed me to take a glass of house wine instead of the 1/2 litter stated on the menu. Highly recommend it if your in the area, or worth the drive if you are looking to get out of the tourist areas.
