★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. The owner was the most rude person I met in Whole Italy and brought us a bill Without describing itens and adding more money of what we should have paid.
I came to eat 2 types of desert and drink 2 cappuccinos, but seems that the owner was really offended by that and the whole staff treated us very rude. They could just have told us at the beginning that they can not attend us and it would be fine. But they said there was no problem. After the bill came 25 instead of 20 euros, I wanted to know why 5 euros more (if 20euros was already covering 4 euros of coperto), the owner literally put me out of the restaurant saying that this was not a coffee shop and threat me.
Besides all that horrible experience, the cakes were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We where the first guests to arrive, so the restaurant staff was not too busy yet. We asked some questions about the menu and the waiter interrupted us twice by saying we had to stop talking. This was really rude. He asked us if we wanted to order a bottle of wine. We didn't. It was the only time we where asked if we wanted to drink anything. He didn't ask us if we wanted to drink something else, he just left our table instantly. Then the food arrived. Quality of the dishes was okay, but nothing special. The veal steak was already a bit cold and the gnochi was accompanied by only two shrimps with hardly any meat on them. When we wanted to order some more sidedishes and something to drink, the waiter told us to wait one moment and we never saw him again. All of the other guests where getting the staffs full attention, but we as tourists where completely ignored. When we finally asked for the bill, there wasn't even a thank you or a good night. It was unbelievably bad service! We where still hungry because of the tiny portions they had served us and ofcourse also thirsty after finishing a dinner without any drinks, so afterwards we drove to a nearby pizzeria to get some take-away pizza's and drinks. I sincerely hope it was a one-time-only bad evening for the restaurant, but I am afraid Il Conte Dino is just not worth the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a delightful place! A must if you are in Siena area! A bit pricy but worth it. We had the Tuscan bruschetta as a starter and then the fiorentina. My mouth get watery just thinking about it! Unfortunately for me I'm allergic to mushrooms but my father has enjoyed a mountain of black truffle shaving on his steak (the smell of which was intoxicating). Home I will have a chance to visit again!
