Ottime le verdure e le carni. Typical restaurant, quality cuisine at km 0, to taste absolutely the famous Villalba lentils cooked in a special way by the cook. Excellent vegetables and meats.

Non abbiamo avuto modo di provare la cucina, ma se doveste essere interessati ad alloggiare presso il loro (eufemistico) b&b, non posso far altro che sconsigliarvelo. Servizi assolutamente carenti, se non addirittura assenti. Il riscaldamento, durante le notti invernali (2 gradi) è fornito da un promiscuo climatizzatore poco performante. Inoltre la fornitura elettrica non riesce a reggere il carico dei climatizzatori e questo vi regalerà di certo una notte di gelo. Stesso discorso vale per i servizi di igiene, che nonostante risultino puliti, sono forniti di acqua calda da un insufficiente scaldabagno che non basta per una doccia. Aggiungete a questo che anche gli stessi bagni non sono provvisti di riscaldamento, e avrete il quadro completo di ciò che può essere un'avventura al limite della decenza umana. Per questo motivo sconsiglio totalmente il soggiorno presso questo b&b, che come ciliegina sulla torta è anche ben corredato da gestori lungi dall'essere gentili e totalmente ignavi e ignari di ciò che è il disagio a cui espongono i propri clienti.
