I gestori sono cordiali e disponibili tutto e sempre ordinato e pulito ha un gazebo esterno in piazza ed all'interno volte a mattoni scoperti con forno a legna e scala in ferro x il piano superiore. Sempre al piano terra un cortile con tavolini ed una semicopertura di pianta d'uva tranquillo ambiente serio e distinto Excellent restaurant and pizzeria located in the square of San Cassiano on the shore. The managers are friendly and helpful, everything is always neat and clean and has an outdoor gazebo in the square and inside exposed brick vaults with a wood oven and iron staircase for the upper floor. Also on the ground floor there is a courtyard with tables and a half-covering of grape plants in a quiet, distinguished and serious environment

I bambini (di un anno e mezzo due) hanno finito le scorte di grissini, avevano fame ma le pizze non arrivavano. Personale non eccessivamente gentile. Sconsiglio chiunque ad andare! A star I think it's also too: empty room, table of parents and small children ... 2 hours of waiting to receive the pizza. The children (a year and a half two) ran out of breadsticks, they were hungry but the pizzas did not arrive. Staff not overly polite. I don't recommend anyone to go!

Innovazione un po scadente ma compensa la frutta e verdura di qualità, porcini eccellenti e parlando di pizze le più buone che abbia mai assagiato. cotte a forno a legna e impasto davvero unico, consigliato per tutti Excellent service. A bit poor innovation but it makes up for the quality fruit and vegetables, excellent porcini mushrooms and speaking of the best pizzas I have ever tasted. cooked in a wood oven and a truly unique dough, recommended for everyone

Poggiandolo sul tavolo in cui si mangia... Fa capire la poca attenzione che il personale mette nel servire chi gli paga lo stipendio). Nonostante fossimo in 3 sono riusciti a farmi mangiare da solo.... 27 minuti per consegnare un primo è davvero inaccettabile. Tagliatelle ai funghi... Crude e oleosa.. Speravo che il dolce riuscisse a colmare le del locale ma neanche un semplice tiramisù è risultato all'altezza di un pranzo per lo meno gradevole. Sicuramente non ci torneremo più. Con questa piccola e sincera recensione, mi auguro che il personale trovi le forze di migliorarsi. Calling it a restaurant is an understatement ... L	Luke Luke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza purtroppo molto molto deludente. Ma non perché avessi delle aspettative elevate tutt'altro ma perché la realtà dei fatti e' stata anche molto inferiore. Sembravano tutti apprendisti al primo giorno di lavoro. Una trentina di persone in tutto ai tavoli ad una cena del sabato. Eravamo in tre al tavolo : 2 pizze e una milanese con patate....morale della favola: 1 ora di attesa e non sono stati in grado di portare le pietanze tutte insieme, questa secondo me una cosa molto seria ma a cui nessuno a quanto pare dà importanza.... molto male. Il locale mi piace....molto anni 80.....posto tranquillo da valorizzare un po' di più secondo me....pizze non esaltanti ma mangiabili....il resto nella media. Prezzi medi. Purtroppo adesso come adesso non lo consiglierei ad una persona che viene a Biella e vuole mangiare da qualche parte... è un rischio. Un consiglio....se mi è consentito.....senza offesa......ragazzi metteteci più impegno. Poi ne riparliamo. Arrivederci. Unfortunately very very disappointing experience. But not because I had high expectations far from it but because the reality of the facts was also much lower. They all looked like apprentices on their first day on the job. About thirty people in all at the tables at a Saturday dinner. There were three of us at the table: 2 pizzas and a Milanese with potatoes .... moral of the story: 1 hour of waiting and they were not able to bring the dishes all together, this in my opinion is a very serious thing but to which nobody cares. apparently gives importance .... very badly. I like the place .... very 80s ..... quiet place to be valued a little more in my opinion .... pizzas not exciting but edible .... the rest in the average. Average prices. Unfortunately right now I would not recommend it to a person who comes to Biella and wants to eat somewhere ... it's a risk. A piece of advice .... if I am allowed ..... no offense ...... guys put more effort into it. Then we talk about it. Until we meet again.

Buono l'impasto, cotta al punto giusto. Ho una piccola critica, ma costruttiva ai gestori. Siete stati bravi e gentili, ma vi manca un po' di vivacità. It had been a while since I had eaten at this restaurant. I must admit that I finally ate a pizza worthy of its name. Good dough, cooked to the right point. I have a small but constructive criticism of the managers. You have been good and kind, but you lack a little liveliness.
