Tre vegani, ed avevamo avvisato, e ci è stato proposto un carciofo con prezzemolo scondito come antipasto, seguito da risotto ai carciofi (insipido e senza particolari caratteristiche). Riso alla bambina pieno di formaggio, messo comunque nel conto nonostante mandato indietro e più riportato corretto… Dolce inesistente. Modernizzatevi. Ah: pizza presente a menù, ma quando richiesta litigio tra cameriera e chef che dice “ormai l’hai proposta”… Ciliegina, il titolare che gira senza mascherina e in cucina personale senza mascherina: da chiusura, vergognatevi (vedere foto). Family evening in this pretentious restaurant where the price paid is absolutely not commensurate with the service. Three vegans, and we had warned, and we were offered an artichoke with unseasoned parsley as an appetizer, followed by risotto with artichokes (bland and without particular characteristics). Rice to the little girl full of cheese, still put in the bill despite being sent back and more correctly reported ... Sweet non-existent. Modernize yourself. Ah: pizza on the menu, but when requested a quarrel between the waitress and the chef who says "by now you have proposed it" ... Icing, the holder that runs without a mask and in the kitchen without a mask: from closing, be ashamed (see photo).

Abbiamo cenato bene, ottima la pasta di Gragnano, un po' meno la triglia, ma a me non piace il pesce. Tagliata di cervo, vari assaggini, dolce buono e particolare, vino ottimo. Tavolo posizionato fronte cucina a vista con grande vetrata. Cuochi indaffarati e preparati, purtroppo, neo importante, uno di loro NON indossava la mascherina correttamente, ma solo e sempre sotto al mento. E covid a parte, a mio avviso, NON si parla sul cibo altrui mentre lo si prepara. Altra nota dolente, il prezzo ... davvero elevato... In 2 abbiamo speso oltre 150€. Ripeto, cibo sapientemente preparato e porzioni da chef....ma siamo pur sempre in una provincia. Sono un po' rimasta male sul fatto che, nella prenotazione, non ci abbiano fatto sapere che nel locale, esistevano due tipi di ristoranti...uno raffinato (e costoso), dove ci hanno accompagnato al tavolo (elegante e sopraffino) e l'altro, sulla destra dell'entrata, uno po' più "Easy", come lo ha definito la moglie del titolare il Sig. Pietro....e che aveva prezzi più ragionevoli e da una veloce occhiata che sono riuscita a dare al menù, anche cibo a me più gradito. Non siamo una coppia che viaggia sopra le righe....bastava uno sguardo del titolare...e lo si capiva..... sarebbe stato più elegante....farci scegliere il lato "raffinato" o "Easy". Ma noi ignari... abbiamo dato per scontato che fosse solo quello il posto dove cenare. Ripeto buona e elegante cena, ma davvero troppo costosa per le nostre tasche....? Venison steak, various tastings, good and particular dessert, excellent wine. Table positioned in front of the open kitchen with large window. Busy and prepared cooks, unfortunately, an important new point, one of them did NOT wear the mask correctly, but only and always under the chin. And covid aside, in my opinion, there is NO talk about other people's food while preparing it. Another sore point, the price ... really high ... In 2 we spent over € 150. I repeat, expertly prepared food and chef portions .... but we are still in a province. I was a bit disappointed that, in the reservation, they did not let us know that in the place, there were two types of restaurants ... one refined (and expensive), where they accompanied us to the table (elegant and superfine) and the 'other, on the right of the entrance, a little more "Easy", as the wife of the owner Mr. Pietro defined it .... and which had more reasonable prices and a quick glance that I was able to give to the menu, even food that I like the most. We are not a couple who travel over the top .... a glance from the owner was enough ... and you could understand it ..... it would have been more elegant .... let us choose the "refined" or "Easy" side. But we unaware ... we assumed that this was just the place to dine. I repeat a good and elegant dinner, but really too expensive for our pockets .... ?

Ci siamo recate alla Lira per un pranzo di compleanno e siamo rimaste colpite dalla gentilezza e precisione nel servizio, dall'ambiente elegante e curato e dalla bontà e dalla presentazione dei cibi. Il menù ci ha offerto la possibilità di scegliere tra carne e pesce. Materia prima eccellente, piatti curati e dai sapori e accostamenti interessanti e piacevoli. Ottima carta dei vini. Dessert molto buoni e curati. Locale per una clientela medio-alta. Torneremo senza dubbio a provare gli altri piatti del menù. Grazie ancora per la candelina sulla torta e il piccolo festeggiamento!!! High level restaurant located in the center of Biella. We went to the Lira for a birthday lunch and we were struck by the kindness and precision in the service, by the elegant and well-kept environment and by the goodness and presentation of the food. The menu offered us the possibility to choose between meat and fish. Excellent raw material, well-finished dishes with interesting and pleasant flavors and combinations. Excellent wine list. Very good and well-kept desserts. Local for a medium-high clientele. We will definitely come back to try the other dishes on the menu. Thanks again for the candle on the cake and the little celebration !!!

The view into the kitchen space is captivating and only bettered by the dazzling array of delicately balanced, exciting and truly memorable dishes. Will be back next time I am in Biella.

To the unrivalled service. Every one in the room (and in the kitchen) seemed to really love what they do. The room itself is worth a visit with its open kitchen. Highly recommendable and worth every cent!
