β β β β β Voted best pizza in Italy! By me! Let me explain. My wife and I traveled the entire country on scooters (6000km) in spring of '22. We started in Milan and visited approximately 100 cities and towns and stayed at about 30 hotels. We had some form of pizza almost every day. We weren't on an official search of any kind, just looking for decent food that stood out. We had some good, some terrible but one place stood out WAY above all the rest: Gaetano Adamo in Naples. We found about this place as an accidental reference from a hotel manager who lives near the restaurant. He told us "go and tell Nando to make you a great pizza". We did just that and were blown away! The taste of every ingredient stood out, even the crust had superb flavor and was cooked perfectly. We liked it so much we came back each day! I took the time to talk the owner, Nando about his concept. Simple he said: the best ingredients, regardless of cost and "light" pizzas - no overwhelming ingredients, not too many at once (most pizzas have 2-4 toppings). I can only say he pizzas win best in Italy, no other place comes close. Oh, his restaurant is spotlessly clean and very well decorated with a simple and bright feel. Just like his pizza! His pride is overflowing and it shows in every bite!

β β β β β I have never had a pizza like this before. They have all the classics (and there were Italians in the restaurant, so they have to be authentic), but we wanted to try how a pizza with zucchini puree instead of pomodoro would taste like. I'll definitely have it again. :)

β β β β β We visited this place 3 times while staying in Napoli. Food was excellent every single time, but service got worse every time. On 3rd visit, after our order was taken, we were forgotten for 1 hour. And when I asked when our food would arrive then answer was always Right away. Finally it did arrive but second course first, then pasta and appetizers were forgotten at all.

β β β β β Perfect place, Perfect ambiance, Perfect pizza and pasta, we was in napoli for one week and everyday we went here. Gabriel and Nando are Nice personnes with good advice and lot of fun.

β β β β β The table wasnβt clean. The digital menu only had pizzas but i could see pasta dishes in the restaurant so maybe it was in a separate menu that wasnβt offered to me. I tried the potato croquettes and margarita pizza they were both nice. The staff is friendly and i asked them to delay my food as i was fasting and they managed to bring my food at the right time.
