★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una piovosa domenica di metà luglio ci imbattiamo in Florian sul lungomare di Letojanni. Questo ristorante ci migliora decisamente la giornata con l'ottima pizza a pranzo e la cucina di pesce squisita. Il tutto condito da una posizione invidiabile con vista mare eccezionale. Staff cordiale, solerte e professionale. Il titolare, dall'ampio sorriso e dalla calorosa accoglienza, è un ottimo ed infaticabile padrone di casa. Torneremo!!!!
 On a rainy Sunday in mid-July we encounter Florian on the Letojanni seafront. This restaurant definitely improves the day with a delicious pizza for lunch and exquisite seafood. All it seasoned with an enviable position with exceptional sea views. Staff friendly, attentive and professional. The data, from the large smile and warm welcome, is an excellent and tireless host. We'll be back!!!!

La qualità del cibo dipende da cosa si ordina: la mia pizza, una regina Margherita (mozzarella di bufala e pomodoro) era molto buona ma poco cotta. Al contrario, le pizze ordinate dagli altri miei amici erano parecchio bruciate (vedesi foto). Riguardo primi e secondi, non li ho provati e quindi non posso esprimere un giudizio a riguardo. Nel complesso, dò 2 stelle. Non consiglio di andare in questo locale ad agosto, c'è troppa confusione e le cameriere si dimenticano le ordinazioni e le richieste.
Very nice place, located on the Letojanni seafront. The quality of the food depends on what you order: my pizza, a queen Margherita (buffalo mozzarella and tomato) was very good but undercooked. On the contrary, the pizzas ordered by my other friends were quite burnt (see photos). Regarding the first and second courses, I have not tried them and therefore I cannot express a judgment about them. Overall, I give 2 stars. I don't recommend going to this place in August, there is too much confusion and the waitresses forget their orders and requests.

Delicious eaten several times. Nice location on the beach, friendly service. Many tasty fish/seafood dishes. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel ristorante Florian si respira aria di famiglia. Il proprietario, sempre presente, e lo staff mettono i clienti a loro agio.
Il cibo è davvero buonissimo. Stra consiglio le cozze gratinate, gli spaghetti al nero di seppia, gli gnocchi gamberi e finocchietto. Ottimi anche i ricci di mare, disponibili solo quando pescati e quindi freschissimi. Davvero buoni anche i secondi, soprattutto quelli di pesce.
Consiglio anche l'amaro detto "Del diavolo" sembra quello del Capo, ma più dolce.
Florian è una tappa fissa del soggiorno a Letojanni.
In the Florian restaurant there is an air of family. The owner, always present, and the staff put customers at ease.
The food is really yummy. I highly recommend the mussels au gratin, the spaghetti with cuttlefish ink, the shrimp and fennel gnocchi. Also excellent are the sea urchins, available only when caught and therefore very fresh. The second courses are also really good, especially the fish ones.
I also recommend the bitter called "Del diavolo" it seems that of the Capo, but sweeter.
Florian is a fixed stop of the stay in Letojanni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried Florian restaurant on the second day of our trip and we ate there every day until the end of our stay! We simply loved the food, the wine, the staff and the location with beautiful view on Taormina and on the beach.
