★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena tra parenti ,con tre bambine , ci siamo letteralmente congelati , capisco il caro gas , ma se devi tenere i riscaldamenti al minimo in un ristorante ,dove le persone ovviamente sono ferme e sedute , forse è meglio risparmiare anche l'energia elettrica e tenere chiuso.
Dinner with relatives, with three girls, we literally froze, I understand the expensive gas, but if you have to keep the heating to a minimum in a restaurant, where people are obviously still and sitting, perhaps it is better to also save electricity and keep closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arriviamo alle 20.16 dopo 20 minuti prendono le ordinazioni. 2 panini e 1 patatina fritta.
Dato che tutti i tavoli intorno a noi mangiavano e i camerieri passavano senza sincerarsi del perché il nostro tavolo era vuoto,Alle 21.45 sollecitiamo l'ordinazione e ci dicono che si era persa e non era stata stampata.
Alle 22 ci portano i 2 panini.
Entrambi freddi. L' hamburger oltre ad essere freddo,la carne era quasi del tutto cruda all'interno. Allego foto.
Lo faccio presente al cameriere che ammette che effettivamente è poco cotto e mi chiede se voglio che me lo rifanno.
Rifiuto visto che avevamo già atteso più di 1 ora.
Aggiungo solo che ho lavorato come aiuto cucina ed ero addetta ai panini...quindi qualcosa ne capisco.
30€ buttate. Mai più.
We arrive at 20.16 after 20 minutes they take the orders. 2 sandwiches and 1 fried potato.
Since all the tables around us ate and the waiters passed by without being sure why our table was empty, At 9.45pm we solicit the order and tell us that it was lost and not printed.
At 10pm they bring us the 2 sandwiches.
Both cold. The burger was not only cold, but the meat was almost completely raw on the inside. I attach photos.
I mention it to the waiter who admits that it is actually undercooked and asks me if I want them to do it again.
Refusal since we had already waited more than 1 hour.
I just add that I worked as a kitchen assistant and I was in charge of sandwiches ... so I understand something.
30 € thrown away. Never again.
