Contattati più volte sia via social che via whatsapp per un problema con un completo acquistato due mesi fa, non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Esperienza pessima. Non-existent after-sales assistance. Contacted several times both via social and via whatsapp for a problem with a suit purchased two months ago, I never received an answer. Bad experience.
S	Sara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primo negozio scovato su instagram di cui devo lasciare una recensione negativa,il servizio clienti è quasi irrintracciable , non rispondono su instagram , né per e-mail , né al numero di telefono che forniscono che suona a vuoto, occasionalmente si riesce a farsi rispondere su watsapp ,fatto un ordine il 13 agosto ad oggi ancora non è stato spedito. Peccato!anche perché sembrava vendere articoli interessanti ed è oltretutto molto ben recensito da delle influecer che seguo...me lo riesco a spiegare solo pensando che se non hai migliaia di follower non sei trattato allo stesso modo ! Pessima esperienza non acquisterò più da loro! Spero quanto meno che mi arrivi il pacco altrimenti dovrò attivare un reclamo tramite paypal. First shop found on instagram of which I have to leave a negative review, customer service is almost untraceable, they do not respond on instagram, neither by e-mail, nor to the phone number they provide that rings empty, occasionally you can get answered on watsapp, placed an order on August 13, to date it has not yet been shipped. Too bad! Also because it seemed to sell interesting articles and is also very well reviewed by some influencers I follow ... I can explain it only by thinking that if you don't have thousands of followers you are not treated the same way! Bad experience will not buy from them anymore! At least I hope that the package arrives, otherwise I will have to activate a claim via paypal.

Ho sempre desiderato acquistare su questo sito, ogni volta che entro la maggior parte dei capi è sempre NON DISPONIBILE! non è possibile. I'm sorry but I have to give a bad review. I have always wanted to shop on this site, whenever within most of the garments it is always NOT AVAILABLE! It is not possible.

Non faccio molti acquisti online e dopo questa esperienza continuo a sostenere il sano shopping in negozio One thing too wide, the other too narrow ... and 15 € of return shipping at my expense! Ho ordinato il 25 novembre e ad oggi ( 9 dicembre) non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Non acquisterò mai più da loro e non posso far altro che fare pubblicità negativa. In una parola PESSIMO !! They deserve zero but I'm forced to put a star !! Totally abandoned customers given the NON-EXISTING customer service. Shipping in 24 / 48h ahahahaha !! I ordered on November 25th and as of today (December 9th) I have not received anything yet. I will never buy from them again and all I can do is do negative publicity. In a word BAD !!

Bad finishes. The zipper does not slide easily, after the first wash it has discharged all the color. Not recommended.
I	Isabella Puppo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestione dei cambi/resi pessima. Ordine ricevuto il 27 gennaio, restituito in parte il 29 gennaio con richiesta cambio causa taglia troppo grande. Al mio primo sollecito il 2 febbraio mi hanno risposto che l’indomani avrebbero effettuato i resi per poi procedere si cambi. Oggi è il 21 febbraio e ancora non ho ricevuto nulla, non rispondono nemmeno più ai solleciti via mail. Bad exchange / returns management. Order received on January 27th, partially returned on January 29th with exchange request due to size too large. At my first reminder on February 2, they replied that the next day they would make the returns and then proceed with the exchange. Today is February 21st and I haven't received anything yet, they don't even respond to email reminders anymore.
