Il pomeriggio la prenotazione di un tavolo per 5 posizionato all'interno del ristorante, la sera all'arrivo (ore 20:20) il tavolo è già stato dato ad altri e si finisce per provare a mangiare in un tavolo in spiaggia. Alle 21:30 non avendo ancora ordinato neppure da bere, gentilmente si chiede di avere almeno l'acqua...finalmente poco dopo due bottiglie di acqua e ordiniamo. Alle 22:10 le altre bevande e le prime portate, buone, ma dopo due ore di attesa avremmo mangiato anche i sassi...alle 22:30 decidiamo che chi di noi doveva ancora ricevere il primo rischiava di andare a letto senza averlo digerito e chiediamo il conto. Altra avventura!!!...mettere lo scontrino nel Pos non è da tutti e dopo aver eseguito la transazione, andata a buon fine, la signora alla cassa non era convinta che avessimo pagato (77 €) e pretendeva di strisciare di nuovo la nostra carta...nel 2020 si riceve pure il messaggio sul cellulare a seguito di un pagamento, perciò innervositi, chiediamo una stampa e qualcuno arriva in suo soccorso mettendo carta nel dispositivo e stampando finalmente il nostro scontrino....grazie per non averci anche fatto pagare due volte! At 22:10 the other drinks and the first courses, good, but after two hours of waiting we would also have eaten the stones ... at 22:30 we decide that those of us who still had to receive the first risked going to bed without having digested it and ask for the bill. Another adventure !!! ... putting the receipt in the POS is not for everyone and after carrying out the transaction, which was successful, the lady at the checkout was not convinced that we had paid (77 €) and claimed to swipe again our card ... in 2020 you also receive the message on your mobile phone following a payment, therefore nervous, we ask for a print and someone comes to his rescue by putting card in the device and finally printing our receipt .... thanks for not having us even charged twice!

Ottimo servizio e disponibilità del personale a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente ,nonostante siamo a fine stagione e Marina di Grosseto sia stracolma di turisti!!!! Grazie !!!! Pleasant place exceptional cuisine excellent fish and also the pizzas for my children very good !!! Arrivati per primo insieme ad altri ospiti ci hanno servito in tempi rapidi primi secondo vino e acqua intorno hai 70€ per tre persone Personale gentile. Caffè e portate buone. ristorante pulito. Fanno la pizza a pranzo ? ! For Easter with the family at the Capri restaurant. Arrived first together with other guests they served us quickly first second wine and water around you have 70 € for three people Friendly staff. Good coffee and dishes. clean restaurant. They make pizza for lunch ?!
