F	Francesco P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi servirebbero 6 stelle, 5 per l'esperienza globale e 1 per la presenza (evidente) di un giovane cuoco con stella Michelin. Questo locale è una meta fissa delle nostre vacanze annuali, ma quest'anno abbiamo superato gli standard già elevati. Non mi cimenterò a descrivere in dettaglio i meravigliosi piatti predisposti dallo chef Alessandro, cosa che il maitre Antonio fa con competenza, orgoglio e passione. Mi limito a dire che tutto, dall'entree (offerta dalla casa), agli antipasti, via via col primo, fino al secondo, al pre-dessert (pure offerto), ai dessert e post-dessert, senza parlare dello Chardonnay di Borgogna e del Cannonau dolce, era SUBLIME e inaspettato. Esplosioni di gusto sorprendenti e delicate, senza delusioni. Prezzo giusto per l'altissima qualità della materia prima e della sua rispettosa preparazione, per non parlare del servizio, attento e cordiale senza invadenza, in una location di assoluta bellezza. Non adatto a chi cerca rigatoni e fritto scongelato. I would need 6 stars, 5 for the global experience and 1 for the (obvious) presence of a young chef with a Michelin star. This place is a regular destination for our annual holidays, but this year we have exceeded already high standards. I will not try to describe in detail the wonderful dishes prepared by chef Alessandro, something that the maitre Antonio does with competence, pride and passion. I will just say that everything, from the entree (offered by the house), to the appetizers, gradually with the first, up to the second, to the pre-dessert (also offered), to the desserts and post-dessert, without mentioning the Burgundy Chardonnay and of the sweet Cannonau, it was SUBLIME and unexpected. Explosions of surprising and delicate taste, without disappointment. Fair price for the high quality of the raw material and its respectful preparation, not to mention the service, attentive and cordial without intrusiveness, in a location of absolute beauty. Not suitable for those looking for rigatoni and thawed fried.

Il conto finale è stato di 155€ a persona in linea alla qualità del cibo mangiato e del vino bevuto. Sicuramente da provare! We took the 6-course menu, highly recommended! A refined atmosphere, refined dishes and impeccable service. The final bill was 155 € per person in line with the quality of the food eaten and the wine drunk. Definitely to try!

Cucina raffinatissima, servizio inappuntabile, cantina ricca e particolare, un attenzione particolare anche per i celiaci (ottima la focaccina) che riescono a trovare molteplici sorprese per il palato senza rinunciare quasi a nulla. Luogo suggestivo affacciato sul porto turistico di Marina di Grosseto. Riconfermato anche quest'anno! Chef Alessandro Rossi è veramente top. A must try ONLY for lovers of creative cuisine. Refined cuisine, impeccable service, rich and particular cellar, special attention also for celiacs (excellent the focaccina) who manage to find many surprises for the palate without giving up almost anything. Evocative place overlooking the tourist port of Marina di Grosseto. Reconfirmed again this year! Chef Alessandro Rossi is truly top.

Cortesia, professionalità e attenzione ad ogni minimo particolare, ecco cosa troverete in questo ristorante gourmet, in cui nulla è lasciato al caso! I piatti davvero unici, accostamenti audaci con un trionfo di sapori. Bravi. Non è solito vedere da queste parti un ristorante di così raffinato livello e seppure la maremma è solitamente un più "alla bona", un ristorante con una cucina e un servizio così ci sta bene per essere coccolati in tutto! In one word: EXCELLENCE. Courtesy, professionalism and attention to every detail, this is what you will find in this gourmet restaurant, where nothing is left to chance! The truly unique dishes, daring combinations with a triumph of flavors. Well done. It is not usual to see in these parts a restaurant of such a refined level and even if the Maremma is usually a more "alla bona", a restaurant with a cuisine and a service so there is good to be pampered in everything!

Menù a 5 portate di pesce ottimo e ben curato nei dettagli. I sapori di ogni piatto si esaltano nel palato. Personale molto giovane però ben preparato. Ci siamo lasciati consigliare dalla Sommelier un bel vino da accompagnare per tutta la cena. La Maitre è stata molto gentile con tutto il suo staff. Consiglio per una cena romantica! (P.S: ci sono stato a luglio) Starred restaurant with a wonderful view at sunset. For a special occasion it serves a special dinner and this restaurant did not disappoint. 5-course menu of excellent fish and well cared for in detail. The flavors of each dish are enhanced on the palate. Very young but well trained staff. We let the Sommelier recommend a nice wine to accompany throughout the dinner. The Maitre d was very nice to all of her staff. Recommend for a romantic dinner! (P.S: I was there in July)

Qualità delle materie prime impeccabile, così come la loro preparazione, lo studio del menù, la sua articolazione e ovviamente l'impiattamento: rispecchiano la fama, meritata, dello chef. Ero abbastanza certo di andare sul sicuro e non sono stato affatto deluso. Con il menù degustazione curata, valida e coerente la scelta dei vini d'accompagnamento. Ciò che invece mi ha inaspettatamente e piacevolmente stupito è stata la freschezza e la cortesia del servizio, con uno staff giovane, ben motivato, preparato, discreto e disponibile. Un complimento va riservato anche alla maître, gentilissima ed efficace anche di fronte a richieste inconsuete. In sintesi una cena promossa a pieni voti. Prezzo ovviamente in linea con quanto in descrizione e quindi non per tutte le tasche. Delightful location for a romantic sunset dinner. Impeccable quality of raw materials, as well as their preparation, the study of the menu, its articulation and obviously the dish: they reflect the well-deserved fame of the chef. I was pretty sure I was on the safe side and wasn't disappointed at all. The choice of accompanying wines is valid and consistent with the tasting menu. Instead, what unexpectedly and pleasantly surprised me was the freshness and courtesy of the service, with a young, well-motivated, prepared, discreet and helpful staff. A compliment should also be reserved for the maître, very kind and effective even in the face of unusual requests. In summary, a dinner promoted with flying colors. Price obviously in line with what is in the description and therefore not for all budgets.
