Pizza was good, but not better than any other place around (so many options!). Mushrooms tasted like they were from a can, not fresh.
Spaghetti carbonara was bland.
Salad was ok, no more than that.
After such a dinner, we were very surprised with the excellent desserts - the tiramisu was fantastic, and ricotta cheese cake was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant felt stuffy and is very full, so we checked the air with a CO2 meter. The readings were over 3,000ppm. Amazingly high.
This means there is almost no ventilation, and that the air is unhealthy. This is bad if you don't want to get Covid, which fills up badly ventilated rooms, but from about 1,500ppm the CO2 in the air itself becomes poisonous.

We visited colfosco last week and we ate here on 4 out of the 7 nights. The food is amazing and very well priced. The staff there are also super friendly and the service was excellent.
I can't wait to be back!

Of special note are the servers and the service — quick, friendly and complete!
The daily menu is another added bonus, don’t forget to check it out!
