Devo dire che era buonissima, adesso la mia scelta sarà veramente ardua tra le due? ▶️LE MIGLIORI PIZZE di tutta la Provincia di Parma! ▶️Posto accogliente e pulitissimo ▶️ personale qualificato, educato, professionale ma soprattutto PAZIENTE! Yesterday after years I "betrayed" the wonderful Capricciosa pizza (also by Walter) for the "Francy". I must say that it was very good, now my choice will be really difficult between the two? ▶ ️ THE BEST PIZZAS in the whole Province of Parma! ▶️ Cozy and spotless place ▶ ️ qualified, polite, professional but above all PATIENT!
R	Rifugio dei sapori 92 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto bello il luogo. Sala ordinata e pulita. Apparecchiata semplice come piace a me. Il menù è ricco, la loro specialità è il pesce (anche se siamo sull’ Appennino). Oltre al menù offrono anche piatti extra su richiesta. Fritto misto consigliato e le patatine fritte top (fritte molto bene e non erano pesanti ), anche il fritto era leggero (cosa non così scontata). Il pesce lo vanno a pescare direttamente a Lerici (e si sente); la scamorza mi ha letteralmente stupito, veramente buona (un piacere mangiarla, attenzione però che è bollente). E questo è un plus perché si capisce la cura nel ricercare le materie prime. La pizza è molto buona (me lo ha detto la mia fidanzata che viene più spesso con i suoi a mangiarla). Dulcis in fundo il profitteroles che era spaziale, forse ho mangiato poche volte al ristorante profitteroles così buono. Per me è obbligatorio provarlo (sempre che non abbiate problemi di glicemia ?). Però nel complesso speso il giusto nonostante il fritto misto di pesce quindi lo consiglio sicuramente come luogo di ristoro anche perché è in un luogo un po’ isolato e regna la pace e non il caos della città Very nice place. Neat and clean room. Set up as simple as I like it. The menu is rich, their specialty is fish (even if we are in the Apennines). In addition to the menu they also offer extra dishes on request. Recommended mixed fried and the top fries (fried very well and they were not heavy), also the fried was light (not so obvious). They go to fish directly in Lerici (and you can hear it); the smoked cheese literally amazed me, really good (a pleasure to eat it, but beware that it is hot). And this is a plus because we understand the care in researching raw materials. The pizza is very good (my girlfriend told me that she comes more often with her parents to eat it). Last but not least the profitteroles which was space, maybe I ate a few times at the profitteroles restaurant so good. For me it is mandatory to try it (as long as you don't have blood sugar problems ?). However, on the whole, spent the right amount despite the mixed fried fish, so I definitely recommend it as a place of refreshment also because it is in a somewhat isolated place and peace reigns rather than the chaos of the city
