Proprietario e cameriere gentilissimi, il tutto condito da un menu elaborato da uno chef che esegue i suoi piatti con maestria e originalità. Perfetto, posto che ci siamo imbattuti per caso in questo ristorante dopo aver tentato di pranzare in un paesello della Basilicata ma in collina ... Ma ahimè tutto chiuso . Lo consiglio perché è stata una vera sororesa . Ottima scelta da condividere con amici . Ah, dimenticavo , avevo perso un borsello con dentro qualche centinaia di euro, restituito con la massima onestà che contraddistingue il signor Torchio e il suo personale. Fish-based restaurant in Nova Siri, an ancient locality in Basilicata. Very kind owner and waiter, all seasoned with a menu elaborated by a chef who executes his dishes with skill and originality. Perfect, since we came across this restaurant by chance after trying to have lunch in a small village in Basilicata but in the hills ... But alas everything is closed. I recommend it because it was a real surprise. Great choice to share with friends. Oh, I forgot, I had lost a purse with a few hundred euros inside, returned with the utmost honesty that distinguishes Mr. Torchio and his staff. Thanks for everything and everyone. Ad maiora
