Ci siamo andati su consiglio della nostra albergatrice e abbiamo fatto bene!
Propone piatti ben fatti e non le solite "finte classiche" ricette tradizionali.
Troverete un menΓΉ vario ( che strizza l'occhio anche alla Toscana...)
L'ambiente Γ¨ quello della tipica osteria ( moderna) di paese, gestita con simpatia, professionalitΓ e passione.
Io sono un maniaco dei piatti a base di anatra e devo dire che qui mi Γ¨ piaciuta molto.
Interessante anche la versione della " parmigiana" alla trentina...con formaggio locale e speck.
Anche i prezzi sono corretti rispetto alla proposta.
Vale la pena.

This is what happens at Osteria Pan e Vin.
We went there on the recommendation of our landlady and we did well!
It offers well-made dishes and not the usual "fake classic" traditional recipes.
You will find a varied menu (which also winks at Tuscany ...)
The environment is that of a typical (modern) country inn, managed with sympathy, professionalism and passion.
I am a maniac of duck dishes and I must say that I liked it a lot here.
Also interesting is the Trentino version of the "parmigiana" ... with local cheese and speck.
Prices are also correct with respect to the proposal.
Is worth.

β β β β β Non ristorantino davvero gradevole con delle buone proposte e ho trovato molta Toscana nel menu insieme al Trentino, buona la carta dei vini. β¬75 in due, un antipasto e 2 secondi, bottiglia e due dolci. Corretto.
Not really nice restaurant with good proposals and I found a lot of Tuscany on the menu along with Trentino, good wine list. β¬ 75 for two, an appetizer and 2 seconds, a bottle and two desserts. Correct.
