★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima location e ottimo cibo mi dicevano...peccato però che per il mio matrimonio avete fatto di tutto x renderlo indimenticabile nel senso NEGATIVO però. Ospiti obbligati ad entrate in sala già dalle ore 13 senza nemmeno uno stuzzichino,meno male che c era il pane a tavola. Disposizione dei tavoli errata, al posto dei segnaposto sono state messe le scatole dei confetti, che dovevano essere date a fine cerimonia dagli sposi insieme alla bomboniera, menù NON come da contratto stabilito, mancava il 50% di pietanze, ovviamente quelle più importanti, idem x il buffet dei dolci. Ricetta risotto NON scelta da me. Dal risotto asparagi funghi cardoncelli e burrata mi sono ritrovato un risotto ai frutti di mare, tra l.altro cucinato male ,senza sapore ,scotto e colloso. Menù baby PAGATO ,ma i bambini hanno solo avuto la pasta SOLO DOPO RICHIESTA DEI GENITORI altrimenti sarebbero rimasti a digiuno, al pomodoro fredda , cotoletta e patate nemmeno da lontano. Credo che quel giorno non lo dimentichero mai.....grazie a voi!!!
 Excellent location and great food told me ... pity though that for my wedding you did everything to make it unforgettable in the NEGATIVE sense though. Forced guests to enter the hall as early as 13.00 without even a snack, thank goodness there was bread at the table. Incorrect arrangement of the tables, instead of placeholders the boxes of the confetti were put, which had to be given at the end of the ceremony by the spouses together with the favor, menu NOT as per contract established, 50% of dishes were missing, obviously the most important ones, ditto x the dessert buffet. Risotto recipe NOT chosen by me. From the asparagus risotto cardoncelli mushrooms and burrata I found myself a risotto with seafood, between the other poorly cooked, tasteless, overcooked and sticky. Paid baby menu, but the children only had pasta ONLY AFTER PARENTS 'REQUEST, otherwise they would have remained on an empty stomach, with cold tomato, cutlet and potatoes even from a distance. I believe that day I will never forget it ..... thanks to you !!!

Tra gli alberi secolari e il maestoso carrubo fino ad arrivare all antica sala di sapore medievale. Ricercato e perfetto il menu con pietanze fresche e alta qualità. 10 e lode ai dolci.
Villa Elda welcomes you with its beautiful mysterious avenue of oaks that makes you feel in a fairy tale already upon arrival. Among the secular trees and the majestic carob up to the ancient hall with a medieval flavor. The menu is refined and perfect with fresh and high quality dishes. 10 and praise for desserts.

Very welcoming and well cared for structure ideal for ceremonies and events. The qualified and professional staff put all guests at ease. Excellent and refined food, the two rooms and the large outdoor space allow you to have different solutions depending on the tastes and adverse climatic conditions. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matrimonio con 180 invitati, bellissima location nella campagna salentina. Grande sala preparata benissimo. Personale molto professionale, sempre attento alle esigenze dei commensali, anche nei momenti di confusione dovuti all'esuberanza degli amici degli sposi. Ottime le pietanze, dagli antipasti ai dolci. Perfette le quantità, nulla è andato sprecato. Ottimi anche i vini, un prosecco millesimato, un Negramaro della cantina dei Conti Zecca corposo e ricco di aromi e uno Chardonnay perfetto per il pesce.
Divertente e coinvolgente l'accompagnamento musicale anche con brani tradizionali salentini.
A differenza di altri matrimoni estenuanti è stata una bella esperienza.
Wedding with 180 guests, beautiful location in the Salento countryside. Great room prepared very well. Very professional staff, always attentive to the needs of diners, even in moments of confusion due to the exuberance of the friends of the spouses. Excellent dishes, from appetizers to desserts. Perfect quantities, nothing has been wasted. The wines are also excellent, a vintage prosecco, a full-bodied Negramaro from the Conti Zecca winery and rich in aromas and a Chardonnay perfect for fish.
The musical accompaniment is fun and engaging even with traditional Salento songs.
Unlike other exhausting marriages it was a good experience.

E poi anche dopo accolti come amici, anche per una semplice visita.. raramente ho trovato tutto questo, sono i posti del cuore, le eccellenze del nostro territorio!
What about if not a dream come true? Two weddings, that of my daughter and mine, managed with cordiality, sympathy, high professionalism and quality ...
