Non fermatevi solo a mangiare, fate anche 4 chiacchiere con lei sui posti del luogo, e come si vive da quelle parti.... ve lo consiglio....è una atmosfera di altri tempi che abbiamo perso. Informal and simple place (suitable for hikers). You eat well. The management of Mrs. Rosanna is perfect, always kind and helpful .... Do not stop only to eat, also have a chat with her about the places of the place, and how you live in those parts .... I recommend it ... .is an atmosphere of other times that we have lost.
A	ANTO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto accogliente con la stufa a legna e tovaglie a quadretti.....signora simpatica al bancone e foto delle piante e dei funghi commestibili.....ci avrei volentieri pranzato, ma eravamo diretti a S. Stefano d'Aveto. Cozy place with the wood stove and checked tablecloths ..... nice lady at the counter and photos of the plants and edible mushrooms ..... I would have liked to have lunch there, but we were headed to S. Stefano d'Aveto.

Da ritornare appena possibile!Saluti. Congratulations to the Chef and his Staff other than those of the TV. I went out of hours but they welcomed me with extreme kindness and cordiality, delicious food !! To come back as soon as possible!

Mi sono fermato alle 11:45 chiedendo se, ovviamente anche piu' tardi, avrei potuto mangiare qualcosa, anche un semplice primo, ma sono stato cacciato in malo modo dicendo che loro lavorano solo su prenotazione! Questo e' successo un anonimo giorno infrasettimanale e la sala era vuota. Real rude! I stopped at 11:45 am asking if, obviously even later, I could eat something, even a simple first course, but I was thrown out badly by saying that they only work on reservation! This happened on an anonymous midweek day and the room was empty.

Ci ho trascorso parecchie ore da bambino con mio padre (quando lavorava come autista di autobus di linea) e il tempo in questo posto sembra essersi fermato. Le stesse persone cordiali, la stessa atmosfera "di una volta" e gli stessi paesaggi. Sono felicissimo di esserci tornato quest'estate anche se solo per un caffè e di aver passato un po' di tempo quelle care persone che in qualche modo hanno segnato la mia infanzia. Consiglio a tutti questo ristorante I can only express a positive opinion for this restaurant / tavern. I spent several hours there as a child with my father (when he worked as a bus driver) and time seems to stand still in this place. The same friendly people, the same "old-time" atmosphere and the same landscapes. I am very happy to be back this summer even if only for a coffee and to have spent some time those dear people who somehow marked my childhood. I recommend this restaurant to everyone

G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giornata di trekking con il Cai di Codogno al Monte Crociglia a Selva di Ferriere e pranzo al Ristorante " Montenero ", il menu, salumi, Gutturnio , torta di patate, pizza, polenta con cinghiale, stracotto, formaggi, crostata di frutta, con Malvasia caffè . Ottima giornata in compagnia , e ottimo il pranzo. Consigliatissimo Trekking day with the Cai di Codogno at Monte Crociglia in Selva di Ferriere and lunch at the "Montenero" restaurant, the menu, cold cuts, Gutturnio, potato pie, pizza, polenta with wild boar, stew, cheeses, fruit tart, with Malvasia coffee . Excellent day in company, and excellent lunch. Highly recommended
