F	Fabrizio Tonna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assai gentili nella prenotazione, anche fuori dall'orario di apertura, e per la successiva indicazione di aver usato la piattaforma the fork. Per arrivarci per fortuna avevamo un nagiatore perchè non l'ho trovato molto segnalato sulla strada e qui consiglierei di aumentare la visibilità dei cartelli, ovviamente per quanto possibile. Il ristorante si trova nella più ampia struttura del maneggio e del parco avventura, il parcheggio è assai ampio, sterrato e di fronte all'accesso al complesso e quindi anche pratico. Per trovare l'ingresso del ristorante siamo entrati erroneamente nel bar che è la prima struttura entrando. Arrivati siamo stati accolti da una Gentile Signora che ha permesso di scegliere il tavolo che preferivamo; il tavolo era ben preparato con stile e l'ambientazione della piccola sala era piacevole con una leggera musica di sottofondo. Per la cena abbiamo preso una insalata di lenticchie, semplice, con gusti ben rapportati tra loro; una portata di prosciutto crudo della val Vigezzo gustosissimo ma abbastanza anonimo il burro di accompagnamento che forse è di una azienda della zona. Il primo erano dei tortelli di magro fatti in casa, ottima la pasta nella consistenza nel gusto come il riempimento ma un poco anonimo il condimento di burro e salvia. Nella norma il dolce dove risaltava in modo preponderante la cioccolata al grand marnier ma il gelato alla crema si perdeva. In sostanza darei 4 stelle per il servizio, come gentilezza e stile della sala; per le portate 3 stelle. Fortunately we had a nagiatore to get there because I didn't find it very marked on the road and here I would recommend increasing the visibility of the signs, obviously as much as possible. The restaurant is located in the larger structure of the riding school and the adventure park, the parking is very large, unpaved and in front of the access to the complex and therefore also practical. To find the entrance to the restaurant we mistakenly entered the bar which is the first structure upon entering. Arrived we were greeted by a kind lady who allowed us to choose the table we preferred; the table was well prepared with style and the setting of the small room was pleasant with light background music. For dinner we took a lentil salad, simple, with well-balanced tastes; a course of raw ham from Val Vigezzo, very tasty but quite anonymous, the accompanying butter which perhaps comes from a company in the area. The first was home-made lean tortelli, the pasta was excellent in consistency, taste and filling but a little anonymous in the butter and sage sauce. Normally the dessert where the grand marnier chocolate stood out in a preponderant way but the cream ice cream was lost. Basically I would give 4 stars for the service, such as kindness and style of the room; for the 3-star courses.

Cucina eccellente con prodotti a km 0 e sperimentazioni che stimolano il gusto anche di coloro che non hanno spiccato il gusto della tavola. Carta dei vini ricercata. Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Personale gentilissimo e molto competente. The restaurant is located on the edge of a well-equipped wood with the possibility of walking and practicing "adventurous" sports constantly followed by instructors. Excellent cuisine with 0 km products and experiments that stimulate the taste even of those who have not stood out in the taste of the table. Refined wine list. Excellent price / quality ratio. Very kind and very competent staff.
