Invece ... Soluzione ottimale , anzi eccellente , rassicurante e attraente ....il Ristorante "Mola Bella " ad Arrone. Incidentalmente era anche il mio compleanno, ma poi per fortuna abbiamo scartato altre soluzioni precedentemente ipotizzate . Qui colpisce la cura profusa in ogni dettaglio, non solo per la soddisfazione del palato, ma nel confezionare un risultato veramente eccellente in ogni dettaglio. BRAVI!! Alla prossima.... E che dire della meticolosa , ma garbata attenzione per ogni aspetto relativo alle limitazioni del Covid ? Presto dimenticata questa perniciosa pandemia , in un ambiente curato e confortevole , dove arrivano in tavola sapori e profumi che convincono già dal primo sguardo. Antipasti succulenti e variati, paste e risotti di ineccepibile cottura e fragranza , carni e pesci di accurata sapidità, in appropriate ricette di terra e di mare. Insomma, dal ricco menù si assapora una cucina che spazia dal territorio umbro ad altre regioni , con tradizione e insieme felice innovazione. Si percepisce una propensione a fidelizzare la clientela , grazie ad una gestione dove prevalgono passione , garbo, professionalità. Ad maiora....
