Giovanni persona molto simpatica e cordiale si occupa in maniera impeccabile della sala e la chef Valentina prepara dei piatti molto particolari con una valorizzazione dei prodotti locali. Il tutto presentato in maniera molto professionale, molto bella la sala, come colori e abbinamenti. Excellent restaurant run by the couple Giovanni and Valentina. Giovanni is a very nice and friendly person who impeccably takes care of the dining room and the chef Valentina prepares some very special dishes with an enhancement of local products. All presented in a very professional way, very beautiful the room, like colors and combinations.

Appena entrate nella sala comincerete a capire che la musica è tutt'altra! La sala è molto grande ma i tavoli sono molto distanti, questo è l'unico appunto che sento di fare. Va bene rispettare i giusti spazi ma senza esagerare altrimenti la vostra filosofia di ristorante dove si viene accolti come nella propria casa perde di quell'intimità e calore che dovrebbe avere. La cucina è tutta opera di una sola persona la mitica Valentina che indaffarata com'è non vedrete mai comparire in sala con tutto quello che ha da fare. I piatti variano a secondo delle stagioni e con una certa cadenza e sono tutti tesi a valorizzare i prodotti del territorio e la cucina locale ma preparati con grande tecnica e sapienza, compresi i pani che accompagnano le varie portate. Come in una casa il menù è fisso per tutti e propone ciò che la padrona ha preparato nel rispetto della stagionalità dei prodotti. Si beve bene e si viene ben consigliati, con ricarichi onestissimi e il servizio è puntuale e accurato, gentile e rispettoso. Anche in sala vi troverete un unico protagonista che saprà anche intrattenervi sulla storia locale e i tesori del territorio. Giardiniera sorprendente abbinamento fagioli e pasta lunga mai provato stracotto al vino gustosissimo dolce con una crema agli agrumi freschissima.
