Ci sono poche parole per descrivere il gusto e la qualità della carne proposta. Cotta in modo perfetto e presentata da personale competente ed attento ai dettagli. Ma non solo carne super (da provare assolutamente quella di Kobe, si scioglie in bocca...incredibile) ma anche vini, antipasti e dolci degni del livello del locale. La qualità di paga (Kobe a 290€ al kg) ma l'idea è quella di tonare sicuramente! Promosso al 100%
There are few words to describe the taste and quality of the proposed meat. Perfectly cooked and presented by competent and attentive to detail staff. But not only super meat (you absolutely must try the Kobe one, it melts in your mouth ... incredible) but also wines, appetizers and desserts worthy of the level of the place. The quality of pay (Kobe at 290 € per kg) but the idea is to definitely return! 100% promoted

Esperienza davvero fantastica. Posto molto carino e accogliente. Personale gentile e simpatico. Io e il mio compagno siamo partiti con una Battuta al naturale come antipasto, davvero ottima e condita in modo delicato esaltando bene il sapore della carne. Come secondo invece una bella Scottona (taglio T-bone) allevata proprio nel territorio bresciano, colore bellissimo e acceso e soprattutto si scioglieva in bocca, UNA LIBIDINE...accompagnata da ottime patate al forno e soprattutto da Vino rosso Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC, perfetto abbinamento e corposo al punto giusto. Qualità prezzo direi ottimi. Ci torneremo assolutamente.
Really great experience. Very nice and cozy place. Friendly and nice staff. My partner and I started with a natural Battuta as an appetizer, really excellent and seasoned in a delicate way, enhancing the flavor of the meat. As a second course, a beautiful Scottona (T-bone cut) bred right in the Brescia area, a beautiful and bright color and above all it melted in the mouth, UNA LIBIDINE ... accompanied by excellent baked potatoes and above all by Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC red wine , perfect match and full-bodied at the right point. I would say excellent price quality. We will absolutely be back.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante con degli amici. Accoglienza ottima e calorosa! Locale pulito e ben disposto, stupenda la cucina a vista e le carni esposte. Il personale attentissimo anche alle esigenze alimentari di una persona allergica al latte! Hanno proposto antipasti e dolci dedicati! Carne squisita, ci hanno accompagnato nella scelta consigliandoci in base ai nostri gusti (e ci hanno consigliato in maniera ottima direi)! Scelta del vino seguita da personale esperto e competente. Tempi di attesa assolutamente nella norma, considerato che la carne viene cotta al momento. Personale gentile, attento e preparato! I titolari a contatto con i clienti hanno interagito e suggerito. Conto assolutamente in linea con quanto mangiato e accompagnato dalla pesatura delle carni mangiate. Torneremo sicuramente e, con molto piacere, consiglieremo anche ad altri amici! Complimenti
We went to this restaurant with friends. Excellent and warm welcome! Clean and well laid out, with a wonderful open kitchen and meat on display. The staff are also very attentive to the dietary needs of a person allergic to milk! They offered dedicated appetizers and desserts! Exquisite meat, they accompanied us in the choice by recommending us according to our tastes (and they advised us in an excellent way I would say)! Choice of wine followed by expert and competent staff. Waiting times absolutely normal, considering that the meat is cooked on the spot. Kind, attentive and prepared staff! The owners in contact with customers interacted and suggested. Account absolutely in line with what is eaten and accompanied by the weighing of the meat eaten. We will definitely come back and, with great pleasure, we will also recommend to other friends! Congratulations

Locale minimal stiloso con armadio frigorifero in bella vista allestito con tagli di carne di diverse provenienze e frollature ,il personale eccezionale come i consigli sui tipi di carne con l’osso da gustare che peraltro sono risultati davvero azzeccati. Antipasto misto , carne di più di un kg e verdure grigliate accompagnate da una birra rossa degna di nota ci hanno permesso di trascorrere il tempo in questa location in modo gradevole, al momento di pagare ci è stato offerto un digestivo opera dello chef ( passion fruit e menta) gradevole anch’esso, il conto adeguato al cibo consumato di alta qualità. Anche se mercoledì il ristorante è pieno quindi il consiglio è prenotate sempre anche nei giorni infrasettimanali… ci tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare qualcosa di nuovo e diverso !!!
Minimal stylish place with refrigerated cabinet in plain sight set up with cuts of meat of different origins and maturities, exceptional staff as well as advice on types of meat on the bone to taste which, moreover, turned out to be really spot on. Mixed appetizer, meat weighing more than one kg and grilled vegetables accompanied by a noteworthy red beer allowed us to spend time in this location in a pleasant way, at the time of paying we were offered a digestive by the chef (passion fruit and mint) pleasant too, the bill adequate to the high quality food consumed. Even if on Wednesday the restaurant is full so the advice is to always book even on weekdays… I will definitely be back to try something new and different !!!

Was always fascinated about the combination of butcher shop and restaurant and there is a simple reason for that: transparency, costs and quality have all chances to find themselves improved and the customer experience enhanced. This is also the case with this small "macelleria" in Brescia, Italy. The essential of, (especially), beef premium meats, but also pork and lamb is summarized first by presented raw in a refrigerated display and a dry ager and one can order or buy them like in any other butchery, except they are very few offering such quality meats. But inside the shop and starting from 7.30 p.m., customers are taking place to enjoy the restaurant experience: magnificent steaks, beef and pork ribs, burgers, pulled pork sandwiches, etc, are cooked and served along with beer, wine and more. Pros: an excellent choice of meats for T-bone, (bistecca fiorentina), bone-in ribeye, (costata) and other specialities, from local grown beef to several import varieties, including the Rubia Gallega and the Sashi beef, both becoming very popular in Italy nowadays, how I could observe. I prefered for my bistecca an Italian grown French variety, but couldn't stop myself from trying also a Picanha made from Wagyu beef, coming from Tasmania/Australia. The bistecca was absolutely ok, flavourfull, tender and perfectly rare grilled. Prices are more than correct, ambiance modern, simple and educative at the same time. Cons:The Picanha was a little bit disapointing, because I missed the strong personality I was used with and also the expected tenderness and flavor, even more since Wagyu meat was involved. However, no real flaw, just not at the level I expected, especially after enjoying a such great Bistecca. Despite that, I did not withdraw a star, because the effort to offer a real good meat experience for absolutely fair prices is so present in every other detail. And I hope, with the time, this nice working team will eliminate some weaknesses which are, very probably, caused mostly by excessive prudence or convenience.

Wonderful meal and service. The servers were very helpful in guiding our steak selection. The steaks were perfectly cooked and all the sides were delicious as well. Do not skip dessert, which are very good. I highly recommend this restaurant and would go back again.
