★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La fatica fatta per raggiungere questo posticino è pienamente ripagata dalla cucina che offre piatti della tradizione Trentina rivisitati. Abbiamo assaggiato una deliziosa selezione di salumi e formaggi rigorosamente frutto di ricerca tra produttori locali, gli immancabili tortèl in versione vegetariana con crauti rossi stufati alle mele, cocktails fantastici, con gin autoctoni e ingredienti home made (acqua di tarassaco cimbro o lo sciroppo di lavanda). Interessante rivisitazione della Sacher che ovviamente abbiamo assaggiato.
The effort made to reach this little place is fully rewarded by the cuisine that offers revisited traditional Trentino dishes. We tasted a delicious selection of cured meats and cheeses strictly the result of research among local producers, the inevitable tortèl in a vegetarian version with red sauerkraut stewed with apples, fantastic cocktails, with native gins and home made ingredients (Cimbrian dandelion water or lavender syrup ). Interesting reinterpretation of the Sacher that we obviously tasted.

Quiete e rilassatezza totale. Gentilezza e cura di tutti i particolari. Abbiamo preso un aperitivo, ma mi è capitato di cenare ed è tutto all' altezza della situazione. Impareggiabile
Magical place: it seems to come out of time and return to another era.
Total peace and relaxation. Kindness and attention to all details. We had an aperitif, but I happened to have dinner and it's all up to the occasion. Unmatched

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posticino incantevole! Nulla da dire. Per chi vuole passare una serata in un posto magico, fuori dalla frenesia della città e immerso nella natura, questo è il posto giusto. Ci vuole un bel po’ di tempo a raggiungerlo ma poi ne varrà la pena. I piatti che propongono sono super raffinati e studiati, altrettanto buoni e piacevoli alla vista. le porzioni sono giuste, a volte leggermente abbondanti. Quello che ho preso io era tutto perfetto! Ho preso una tartare tropicale con guacamole e lime come antipasto, un filetto sfumato con del vino rosso con patate come secondo ed una cheesecake con fragole per dessert. Dolcissimo il bouquet di fiori, per la precisione peonie, che ci hanno messo in mezzo al tavolo per festeggiare il compleanno di mia mamma. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
Lovely little place! Nothing to say. For those who want to spend an evening in a magical place, out of the hustle and bustle of the city and surrounded by nature, this is the right place. It takes a long time to reach it but then it will be worth it. The dishes they offer are super refined and studied, just as good and pleasing to the eye. the portions are just right, sometimes slightly generous. What I got was all perfect! I had a tropical tartare with guacamole and lime as an appetizer, a fillet with red wine and potatoes as a main course and a cheesecake with strawberries for dessert. Very sweet the bouquet of flowers, peonies to be precise, which they put us in the middle of the table to celebrate my mother's birthday. We will definitely be back.

Menu molto vario, che parte dalla tradizione unendo una ben riuscita rivisitazione. Presentazione dei piatti impeccabile e sorprendente. Raramente abbiamo mangiato così bene. Rapporto qualità - prezzo assolutamente corretto. Sicuramente uno dei migliori ristoranti degli Altipiani Cimbri.
Fantastic lunch on the veranda overlooking the valley, enchanting scenery. Friendly and attentive service. Very varied menu, which starts from tradition by combining a successful reinterpretation. Impeccable and surprising presentation of the dishes. We have rarely eaten so well. Value for money absolutely correct. Surely one of the best restaurants in the Cimbri Highlands.
