★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che bella scoperta! Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante per caso: ho personalmente chiamato e chiesto se avessero specialità di crudo e la sorpresa che ho trovato è stata fantastica.
In primis, ci è stata servita un‘entrée a base di ceci molto buona ma poi è arrivato il piatto forte: crudité a base di scampi, gamberi, gobbetti e, a parte, ostriche e percebes. Il pesce è davvero squisito e freschissimo. Abbiamo proseguito poi con uno spaghetto ai ricci di mare e uno con bottarga di tonno.
Qualità prezzo eccellente.
Un plauso al proprietario che ci ha accolto davvero bene. Continuate cosi!
What a great find! We had dinner in this restaurant by chance: I personally called and asked if they had raw specialties and the surprise I found was fantastic.
First of all, we were served a very good chickpea-based entrée but then the main course arrived: crudité made with prawns, prawns, gobbetti and, apart from, oysters and percebes. The fish is really delicious and very fresh. We then continued with a spaghetti with sea urchins and one with tuna bottarga.
Excellent price quality.
A praise to the owner who welcomed us really well. Keep it up!
