Mangiare non è solo dare nutrimento al corpo, ma è una importante attività anche dell'anima, a tutti i livelli sensoriali. Una cena quindi diventa esperienza emozionale in cui c'è memoria, perché i prodotti rimandano a ricordi precisi, ai sapori quelli buoni, che non dimentichi; hanno una storia e sono legati al territorio, a panorami, a colori, profumi, esperienze vissute.
Tutto diventa valore aggiunto per un cibo anche semplice, immaginato, pensato e preparato ad hoc: anche una conserva per le emergenze diventa cibo degli dei, una semplice fritturina diventa memoria e ricordo di casa.
Grazie davvero perché mangiare è un'esperienza paradisiaca!

Eating is not only nourishing the body, but it is also an important activity of the soul, at all sensory levels. A dinner therefore becomes an emotional experience in which there is memory, because the products refer to precise memories, to the good ones, which you never forget; they have a history and are linked to the territory, to landscapes, colors, scents, lived experiences.
Everything becomes added value for even simple food, imagined, conceived and prepared ad hoc: even a preserve for emergencies becomes the food of the gods, a simple fritturina becomes memory and a reminder of home.

Abbiamo affidato il nostro matrimonio alle mimose, abbiamo scoperto questo catering attraverso la location Villa Ecetra che ci ha colpito con il suo fascino. Siamo stati invitati dalla proprietaria delle Mimose, Luisa a degustare i piatti dello chef, appunto perché voleva farci scoprire la sua arte culinaria. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti sia per l'impiattamento ma soprattutto dal gusto. Anche nel giorno del nostro matrimonio ci hanno fatto provare le stesse sensazioni della prima volta. Non ci siamo assolutamente pentiti della scelta! Grazie di cuore ai proprietari Mauro e Luisa che sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili a qualsiasi nostra richiesta!
Exquisite food and impeccable service! We entrusted our wedding to mimosas, we discovered this catering through the Villa Ecetra location which struck us with its charm. We were invited by the owner of the Mimosas, Luisa to taste the chef's dishes, precisely because she wanted us to discover her culinary art. We were pleasantly surprised both by the dish and above all by the taste. Even on our wedding day they made us feel the same sensations as the first time. We have absolutely not regretted the choice! Heartfelt thanks to the owners Mauro and Luisa who were always kind and available for any of our requests!
