 I went to the restaurant for a wedding. Quality and service above the norm. The structure and furnishings are wonderful.

Ci siamo affidati nelle mani del maitre il quale ci ha proposto una cena all'insegna di sapori forti tra
1) petto di quaglia su crema di castagne
2) tortelli alla lepre
3) controfiletto di cinghiale
Tutto abbastanza buono ma non strabiliante (ecco perchè non azzardo il voto più alto).
Peccato per i dolci, assolutamente su un livello inferiore rispetto il resto dei piatti.
Dinner watered with a series of excellent wines: Torre di Giano and Rubesco Lungarotti.
We relied on the hands of the maitre who proposed us a dinner of strong flavors among
1) quail breast on chestnut cream
2) hare tortelli
3) wild boar sirloin
All pretty good but not amazing (that's why I don't dare the highest rating).
Too bad for the desserts, absolutely on a lower level than the rest of the dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante all'interno del resort Lungarotti, famiglia delle cantine Lungarotti. Attenzione particolare al territorio, ottima qualità del cibo, rivisitato in chiave moderna, bravi. Sapori delicati e ricercati. Ovviamente la scelta dei vini va su la cantina di famiglia...consiglio il Rubesco riserva.
Restaurant inside the Lungarotti resort, family of the Lungarotti cellars. Particular attention to the territory, excellent quality of food, revisited in a modern key, good. Delicate and refined flavors. Obviously the choice of wines goes on the family cellar ... I recommend the Rubesco Riserva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo incantevole, ristrutturato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Lussuoso negli arredamenti ma nello stesso tempo ci si sente a proprio agio. L'unica pecca magari in alcune organizzazioni di eventi in concomitanza di clienti giornalieri che di conseguenza si sono trovati nella confusione... lo staff e la direzione ci ha trovato soluzioni alternative e per farsi perdonare ci ha fatto trovare un "presente" in camera. Può succedere, e lo stile sta nel cercare di soddisfare il cliente in queste situazioni. Complimenti avete un piccolo pezzo di paradiso
Lovely place, renovated and cared for down to the last detail. Luxurious in furnishings but at the same time you feel at ease. The only flaw maybe in some organizations of events in conjunction with daily customers who consequently found themselves in confusion ... the staff and the management found us alternative solutions and to make up for it made us find a "present" in the room . It can happen, and the style is trying to satisfy the customer in these situations. Congratulations you have a little piece of paradise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you read that this is a 5 star resort/spa/winery it was not how I imagined.
It’s in the middle of a small town, no parking from what we found and no sign of a vine to be had.
Looks 3-4 star to me.
The hotel and restaurant was empty when we were there with only 1 other couple eating and seen all night.
This all said, the food on the whole was very good just a shame the location and general ambiance was lacking.
