By far one of the best restaurants in Santa Maria Maggiore. Le Colonne offer customers an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, with a high level cuisine capable of enhancing the flavors of the raw materials. The dishes are well cared for and balanced, with refined ingredients and combinations. The young, attentive and professional staff. Definitely recommended for a dinner in Santa Maria Maggiore.

La tartar di carne con il tartufo poco..... profumato e saporito ed era servito in tre piccole tartarine che alla vista molto piacevoli e comunque buone. Il problema che se era tagliata a coltello si sarebbero accorti che in una porzione delle tre mi sono trovato a masticare un non so che di nervo che imbarazzato ho dovuto lasciare sul piatto. Visto che sicuramente sarà stato notato potevano anche farmelo presente in qualsiasi modo. In conclusione direi tutto presentato molto bene e a parte qull'inconveniente tutto ok. We ate well. With a flaw that left me a bit puzzled. The beef tartar with little ..... fragrant and tasty truffles and was served in three small tartarine that the very nice view and still good. The problem was that if cut with a knife would have noticed that a portion of the three I found myself chewing a something of a nerve that embarrassed I had to leave on the plate. Given that definitely will have been noticed could also let me present in any way. In conclusion I would say all very well presented and apart qull'inconveniente okay.

Congrats to the chef at Le Colenne. You have one of the best restaurant s in the world! This restaurant is a must try if you visit Italy
R	Riccardo Sommaruga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PROS: Probably the best restaurant in Santa Maria Maggiore, we went there for New Year's Eve dinner and we had a full menu. Everything was delicious, particularly the beetroot marinated trout and paccheri with lobster. CONS: on NYE usually Italians have Cotechino & Lenticchie (pork with lentils) at midnight, they served it, but none of the people sitting at table (6 people) really liked it, it was too bitter! That's why 4 stars instead of 5.
