A May 1st of celebration with the whole family at the table with the excellent cuisine of Silvana, immersed in a location between nature and beauty of the MONTICCHIO Lakes. A wonderful lunch between service and kindness from all the staff. Congratulations to all, to the next pleasant experience between art, taste and imagination of your unique and exemplary dishes.

Ai piatti cucinati con grande maestria si aggiunge quel tocco della cucina lucana (prendiamo ad esempio il filetto di maialino con peperoni con l'aggiunta del "pezzente macinato" salame tipico lucano dal sapore inebriante) che rende il piatto divino. Piatti per golosoni che comunque hanno un buon appetito (LE PORZIONI sono abbondanti) Il prezzo non è solo giusto ma oserei dire molto più basso del meritato. Assolutamente da non perdere Excellent restaurant where you eat not well but very well. Not only excellent presentation of the dishes but excellent quality. To the dishes cooked with great skill is added that touch of Lucanian cuisine (take for example the pork fillet with peppers with the addition of the "minced beggar" typical Lucanian salami with an intoxicating flavor) which makes the dish divine. Dishes for gourmands who still have a good appetite (PORTIONS are abundant) The price is not only fair but I would dare to say much lower than deserved. Absolutely not to be missed

Era una giornata di inverno, c'era la neve e il freddo si faceva sentire, appena siamo arrivati al parco, sulla destra abbiamo notato un ristorante. Siamo entrati nel parcheggio e la signora subito ci ha accolti. Ci siamo accorti dopo che la proprietaria, chef del ristorante, è stata campionessa di CHEF D'ITALIA 2019. La sua accoglienza è stata superba, ci ha acceso il fuoco al caminetto ed ha iniziato a cucinare per noi. I piatti di cucina tradizionale Lucana erano davvero di alta qualità, abbiamo assaggiato prodotti locali e fatti in casa proprio da lei. Siamo rimasti davvero contenti, ci ha lasciato davvero un bel ricordo. Ci ritornerò senza dubbio. Grazie We left for a trip me, my wife and the dog, we arrived at the lake of montichino around 12.30. We realized after that the owner, chef of the restaurant, was CHEF D'ITALIA 2019 champion. Her welcome was superb, she lit the fire in the fireplace and started cooking for us. The dishes of traditional Lucanian cuisine were really of high quality, we tasted local and homemade products right by her. We were really happy, it left us a really good memory. I'll be back without a doubt. Thank you

Silvana, la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile ed ha fatto di tutto per venirmi incontro nelle richieste. Col suo modo di fare, con la parlantina ma soprattutto con umiltà, ci ha trasmesso la passione per quello che fa. Pluripremiata, ha vinto anche 10 ristoranti...che dire, da provare assolutamente. Dulcis in fundo? Prima di andare via, mi ha regalato un unguento fatto da lei con olio Evo, fiori di iperico e miele... grazie grazie grazie. S	Sefora “Sefora” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati dalla signora Colucci il giorno prima di Pasqua, di sabato, a pranzo. Abbiamo potuto godere di un menù da chef stellato. La qualità dei prodotti utilizzati era ottima, le porzioni abbondanti e numerose erano le portate. Abbiamo assaggiato diversi antipasti, due primi, due secondi e dolce. La conduzione è familiare ma eccellente sia per il servizio del marito della chef che ha compreso immediatamente le nostre esigenze, sia per la cucina della chef da noi apprezzata per il mix di fantasia e tradizione negli ingredienti. Menziono in particolare i ravioli all'aglianico e rape rosse, ripieni di ricotta e pecorino Lucano con salsa ai peperoni cruschi e tarallucci di Maschito sbriciolati, divini! Anche il brasato di vitello all'aglianico del vulture in funghi misti era tenerissimo e godibile persino per un palato avverso alla carne come il mio. Finalmente ho potuto sedere tranquilla e godermi un pranzo senza glutine dall'antipasto al dolce senza perdermi nulla. We went to Mrs. Colucci's the day before Easter, on Saturday, for lunch. We tasted different appetizers, two first, two second and dessert. The management is familiar but excellent both for the service of the chef's husband who immediately understood our needs, and for the chef's cuisine, appreciated by us for the mix of imagination and tradition in the ingredients. I particularly mention the ravioli all'aglianico and red turnips, stuffed with ricotta and pecorino Lucano with a sauce of cruschi peppers and crumbled Maschito tarallucci, divine! Even the braised veal all'aglianico del vulture in mixed mushrooms was very tender and enjoyable even for a palate averse to meat like mine. Finally I was able to sit quietly and enjoy a gluten-free lunch from appetizer to dessert without missing anything.

Quindi ve lo consiglio e poi è vicino ai laghi di monticchio e l abbazia di san San Michele EXCELLENT RESTAURANT, delicious food and very kind staff. If you want the cinghiale (wild bore), make sure to inform them at least 3 days in advance. The place is warm and cosy and service excellent. Location is in an area of Southern Italy close to two beautiful lakes characteristic of Germany or Switzerland. Beautiful.
