Ristorantino piccolo, curato anche nei dettagli, ambiente piacevole ma da migliorare la climatizzazione. Possibilità di accomodarsi fuori. Cucina di mare, menù piuttosto ampio, ricette originali e tradizionali ben impiattate. Servizio garbato, staff socievole.
Small restaurant, with attention to detail, pleasant environment but the air conditioning needs to be improved. Possibility to sit outside. Seafood cuisine, quite extensive menu, original and traditional recipes well served. Polite service, friendly staff.

Very good local dishes, mainly based on fish and seafood. Delicious desserts. Everything fresh. Prices moderate. I recommend!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo pranzato in questo locale prima di prendere un traghetto. Il vino bianco scelto dalla proprietaria era molto buono, e lei in generale è stata molto gentile. Principalmente abbiamo preso due fritture, qualche antipasto e un piatto di polipo (il forte del locale, si evince anche dal nome). Tutto molto buono, da segnalare e raccomandare almeno una volta se siete ad Ancona.
My family and I had lunch at this venue before taking a ferry. The white wine chosen by the owner was very good, and she was generally very kind. Mainly we took two fries, a few appetizers and an octopus dish (the strong point of the restaurant, also evident from the name). All very good, to report and recommend at least once if you are in Ancona.

Il locale è molto elegante, ma non sarà questo a rimanervi nel cuore. Il menu offre pochi piatti ma la cura nel realizzarli è eccellente. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di assaporare dei sapori autentici che hanno permesso di evidenziare la qualità della materia prima. Complimenti alla cura per il cliente allo staff. Assolutamente consigliato!
The place is very elegant, but that won't be it to remain in your heart. The menu offers a few dishes but the care in making them is excellent. We were lucky enough to savor gods authentic flavors that allowed for highlight the quality of the raw material. Kudos to the customer care to the staff. Absolutely recommended!

Un ristorante che non ti aspetti in una piccola traversa del centro di Ancona. Vengono proposti molti piatti con abbinamenti molto particolari ma molto azzeccati. Io sono andato una sera in settimana ed ho trovato pesce fresco ma anche congelato, diciamo che avrei sperato, visto il nome, che almeno il polpo fosse fresco, tuttavia era comunque molto buono, alla griglia e con una crema di castagne. Ottime anche le alici fresche marinate. Il titolare molto gentile e sa consigliare i piatti giusti. Prezzi a mio avviso però un po' troppo alti, ma sicuramente un posto da tenere in considerazione ad Ancona.
An unexpected restaurant in a small side street in the center of Ancona. Many dishes are offered with very particular but very apt combinations. I went one evening during the week and I found fresh fish but also frozen, let's say I would have hoped, given the name, that at least the octopus was fresh, however it was still very good, grilled and with a chestnut cream. The fresh marinated anchovies are also excellent. The owner is very kind and knows how to recommend the right dishes. Prices in my opinion, however, a little too high, but certainly a place to take into consideration in Ancona.

Sooooo goooood!! I tried the octopus and it was fantastic! Don’t forget to ask about the sweets! Cheesecake of 3 chocolates is topppp!

We had dinner last night at 2030, when we ordered the mussels, it was already out of stock, but there were only 10 tables were having dinner and 3 tables had ordered. They insisted us to change other like clam or something, when the order arrived, the dishes were in very small portion compared with other tables. And the dishes mostly without any tastes, the waiter asked our opinion after all the dishes served. We told the clams were very little, since we just had the same dish in different restaurant the day before. And he explained, what you ate in other restaurant were not local, all the local clams were little like that. We also told other dishes were without tastes, then he said "mm....ok", honestly I do not feel comfortable with his reaction if he did not accept the comments from the client. Because it was no point to ask if it was nothing for them.
