Gentilissimo e preparato il ragazzo che ci ha accolti che ti mette subito a propio agio ,peccato che nn gli ho chiesto il nome davvero bravo.

The guy who welcomed us is very kind and prepared and he immediately puts you at ease, too bad I didn't ask him for the really good name.
