★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pranzo si è dilungato fino alle 17 30. Purtroppo sono stata severa con le stelle perché essendo vegetariana ho trovato delle pecche, irrilevanti x chi non lo è. Non c'erano stuzzichini a parte x me. Solo verdure in pinzimonio da condividere con gli altri e io non amo sgomitare. Ho saltato diverse portate con carne tra gli ingredienti. Verso le 16 30 il cuoco mi ha confezionato un bel piatto. Buono ma tardivo (gli altri ospiti mi guardavano incuriositi e stupiti. La maggior parte di loro era in piedi). Ho notato che tutti hanno apprezzato la varietà delle portate. Locale ben tenuto e bagni puliti e ordinati.
Lunch lasted until 5.30 pm Unfortunately I was strict with the stars because being a vegetarian I found flaws, irrelevant for those who are not. There were no snacks for me. Only vegetables in pinzimonio to share with others and I don't like to elbow. I skipped several courses with meat among the ingredients. At about 4:30 pm the chef made a nice dish for me. Good but late (the other guests looked at me curiously and amazed. Most of them were standing). I noticed that everyone enjoyed the variety of courses. Well kept room and clean and tidy bathrooms.

Unico neo, porzioni striminzite... Se mi metti in menù un primo di gnocchi a 12€ non puoi mettere 3 gnocchi nel piatto, siamo in osteria, la materia prima non li vale e non siamo ad un'esperienza a 3 stelle Michelin.
Da rivedere.
Nice environment, nice staff, good wine list, poor menu but good dishes.
The only drawback, skimpy portions ... If you put me in a first menu of dumplings to 12 € you can not put three dumplings in the pot, we're in the pub, the raw material is not worth it and we are not to experience 3-star Michelin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente moderno e curato, con una bella vista sulle vigne adiacenti. La cucina è originale, con piatti ricercati, ma senza allontanarsi troppo dalla tradizione. Troppi vini assenti dalla carta per definirsi enoteca a mio parere, e personale in sala non sempre all'altezza. Complessivamente consigliato come esperienza culinaria, può certamente migliorare su altri versanti.
Modern and well-kept environment, with a beautiful view of the adjacent vineyards. The kitchen is original, with refined dishes, but without going too far from tradition. Too many wines absent from the paper to define themselves as a wine shop in my opinion, and staff in the room not always up to par. Overall recommended as a culinary experience, it can certainly improve on other sides.
