★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mangiare pesce sul delta del Po è stata una bella esperienza. La giornata era tiepida e abbiamo prenotato per pranzo, così non perdevano il paesaggio. Un calice di vino bianco mosso, antipasto di capesante al bacon e cannolicchi grigliati e poi il trionfo del "gran fritto", e dire trionfo è dir poco, una grande quantità di pesce, trigliette, polipetto, sogliole di media grandezza, pesciolini e una grande quantità di enormi gamberoni, altri pesci che non saprei denominare e varie verdurine pastellate e fritte. Colore, sapore...e la frittura, presentata su un foglio di ottima carta gialla, non aveva un goccio di olio in più. Vedere le foto per credere. Poi sorbetto al limone e caffè. Servizio impeccabile. Prezzi medio-alti
Eating fish on the Po delta was a great experience. The day was warm and we booked for lunch so they didn't miss the scenery. A glass of white wine, starter of scallops with bacon and grilled razor clams and then the triumph of the "great fried", and to say triumph is an understatement, a large quantity of fish, mullet, octopus, medium-sized sole, small fish and a large quantity of huge prawns, other fish that I could not name and various battered and fried vegetables. Color, flavor ... and the fry, presented on a sheet of fine yellow paper, didn't have a drop of extra oil. Seeing the photos is believing. Then lemon sorbet and coffee. Impeccable service.
