★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina della tradizione con elevata qualità della materia prima. Piatti da non mancare: linguine agli scampi (su prenotazione anche astice e se si è fortunati la cicala, un'aragostacea locale). Alici ammollicate, cozze gratinate, crudi di pescato locale.
Scelta dei vini adeguata. Prezzo nella media.
Traditional cuisine with high quality raw materials. Dishes not to be missed: linguine with scampi (by reservation also lobster and if you are lucky the cicada, a local lobster). Anchovies ammollicate, mussels au gratin, raw local fish.
