E	Erika Sperati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricreduta completamente, hamburger per bambini terminato alle ore 21, quindi mi adeguo ad una pasta in bianco senza neanche olio 2 piattini mezze porzioni 24€ come si vede dallo scontrino. Le patatine per un altro bambino sono arrivate a fine cena, quindi il bambino non le ha più volute, chiediamo i dolci era finita la nutella e ci portano la panna cotto con il topping immangiabile. Ci dicono che toglieranno le cose dal conto e non hanno applicato nulla, l’antipasto mancava più della matà delle cose. Insomma 2 adulti 120 € mangiando quello che dicevano loro dato che mancava tutto, ma la vergogna più assurda che chiedono scusa dell’accaduto ma non rimborsando neanche 1 euro dicendo che la prossima volta ci sarà un occhio di riguarda, fatevi furbi usateli subito gli occhi di riguardo, MA CHI CI METTE PIÙ PIEDE IN QUEL POSTO.

La carne è davvero buona, cotta rispettando i tempi giusti. Un po' meno la pizza arrivata con poco sale e con i bordi bruciacchiati. Prezzo poco più alto della media. Very large and well-divided room with a games room dedicated to children to allow parents to rest assured at the table. The meat is really good, cooked respecting the right times. A little less the pizza arrived with little salt and charred edges. Price slightly higher than the average.
M	Manuela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questo ristorante con una coppia di amici e avevamo 4 bimbi (3anni e 1/2, 2 di 1 anno e 1/2 e un neonato). Il cibo è abbastanza buono: abbiamo provato sia un primo (pappardelle al ragù) che la carne (picanha). Unica pecca la empanada, che mi si è riproposta tutto il giorno come se la carne dentro non fosse buona. Dolci molto buoni! Il servizio è PESSIMO! La donna bionda con gli occhiali sembrava sempre infastidita. Il cameriere con accento sudamericano è di una maleducazione imbarazzante!!! È venuto al tavolo 2 volte rispondendo ad una nostra battuta con una battuta infelice: “Oggi c è un surplus del 25% perché è venuta la asl e i decibel in alcuni momenti erano troppo alti!”(riferendosi ai bambini che erano un po’ irrequieti in alcuni momenti…forse pensava di essere simpatico…). Anche un altro cameriere con capelli scuri si è rivolto ad un bambino che giocava nell area giochi in maniera abbastanza maleducata. C è modo e modo di dire le cose per non risultare maleducati e loro non sanno proprio quale sia! Metto due stelle solo perché il cibo è buono, ma con un servizio del genere non esci contento nemmeno di aver mangiato bene…oltretutto perché non costa poco!!! E occhio al conto che potreste trovare cose non ordinate, addebitate… We went to this restaurant with a couple of friends and we had 4 children (3 1/2 years old, 2 1 1/2 years old and a baby). The food is quite good: we tried both a first course (pappardelle al ragù) and the meat (picanha). The only flaw is the empanada, which has been proposed to me all day as if the meat inside was not good. Very good sweets! The service is BAD! The blonde woman with glasses always looked annoyed. The waiter with a South American accent is embarrassing rudeness !!! He came to the table twice, answering one of our jokes with an unhappy joke: "Today there is a surplus of 25% because the ASL came and the decibels in some moments were too high!" (Referring to the children who were a little restless in some moments ... maybe he thought he was nice ...). Another dark-haired waiter also approached a child who was playing in the play area in a rather rude manner. There is a way and way of saying things to not be rude and they just don't know what it is! I give two stars only because the food is good, but with such a service you don't even go out happy to have eaten well ... moreover because it's not cheap !!! And pay attention to the bill that you could find things that are not ordered, charged ...

Verdura cotta ottima , croccante il supplì, e buonissima pizza alla romana. Conto contenuto. Direi che consiglio il posto anche per la cucina che sforna ottimi piatti soprattutto di carne alla brace. Torneremo Very relaxing evening for two in a refined minimal environment. Very kind staff very present and fast. Very good glass of red wine. Excellent cooked vegetables, crunchy supplì, and delicious Roman-style pizza. Content account. I would say that I also recommend the place for the cuisine that produces excellent dishes, especially grilled meat. We'll be back

E	Edgar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza totalmente bruciata a biscotto e sottilissima non capisco le recensioni positive. Servizio molto lento. Consolazione i bambini si diverono nelle strutture di gioco. Consiglio: pizza meno sottile, pulire il forno, controllare cottura. Margherita normale con formaggio di scarsa qualità. Anche la seconda volta come suggerito nella risposta del proprietario di cui sotto. C è ovviamente un leggero miglioramento ma si può fare di più: controllare il sotto della pizza prima di mandarla ai clienti. Totally burnt cookie pizza and very thin I don't understand the positive reviews. Very slow service. Consolation the children enjoyed themselves in the play structures. Tip: less thin pizza, clean the oven, check cooking. Plain margherita with poor quality cheese. Also the second time as suggested in the owner's answer below. There is obviously a slight improvement but more can be done: check the bottom of the pizza before sending it to customers.
S	Stefano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato 3 stelle per questi motivi personali: Note positive carne buona e mi piace che il ristorante è adatto alle famiglie con aree dedicate ai bambini. Note negative, non mi é stato chiesto il tipo di cottura della carne ed é arrivata quasi al sangue, é stata servita su una piastra stile braciere piccolo che doveva tenere il calore ma dopo due secondi era freddo perché c'erano solo 3 pezzi piccoli di carbone, i bagni erano molto sporchi, per questi motivi credo che il prezzo finale é un po' troppo alto. I gave 3 stars for these personal reasons: Positive notes good meat and I like that the restaurant is family friendly with areas dedicated to children. Negative notes, I was not asked the type of cooking of the meat and it almost came to blood, it was served on a small brazier-style plate that had to keep the heat but after two seconds it was cold because there were only 3 small pieces of coal, the bathrooms were very dirty, for these reasons I think the final price is a bit too high.
