Siamo tornati a casa morti di fame. Bad experience. Rude staff. Very slow and unprofessional service. It seems they are not in the trade. Scarce and poor food. We went home starving.

Pizze dai nomi ricercati ma assolutamente inferiori alla media per gusto ma non per i prezzi: una pizza con verdure e una San Daniele più due birre da 33 cc, "solo" 45 euro!!! Assolutamente da non consigliare. Beautiful location ... and nothing more! Unprofessional and even a bit arrogant staff. Pizzas with refined names but absolutely below average in taste but not in prices: a pizza with vegetables and a San Daniele plus two 33 cc beers, "only" 45 euros !!! Absolutely not to be recommended.

Il personale assente ingiustificato, oserei dire incompetente in qualsiasi punto del locale, dal bancone dei cocktail alla sala, che davanti al forno a legna. In totale assenza di accoglienza ci hanno indicato un tavolo nel quale accomodarci verso le 21:30, dopo 15 minuti di assenza totale di camerieri e personale di sala, ci alziamo per chiedere dei menù ed avere un minimo di attenzione. Per poter ordinare facciamo i salti mortali. L'antipasto arriva dopo circa 40 minuti dall'ordine, le pizze ci vengono servite alle 23:20, tanto è vero che le assaggiamo solamente lasciandole quasi per intero nel piatto perché oramai l'appetito si era fatto da parte. Le pizze in sé stesse nulla di speciale (consigliere di utilizzare delle acciughe dissalate per la "messinese") o di levarla completamente dalle scelte se presentata in quel modo. Indicano in lista birre da 0,25 e 0,50 alla spina e poi si presentano con il bicchiere da 0,33. L'incompetenza regna sovrana. Non un sorriso, non un accoglienza dignitosa, non un cocktail decente. Tutto come se non pagassi mentre è, in realtà, un locale che va avanti a forza di inerzia e presenta dei conti salatissimi. Bocciati. The only positive note is the historic location which has an intrinsic value certainly not due to the current property. The unjustified absent staff, I would dare to say incompetent anywhere in the room, from the cocktail counter to the dining room, or in front of the wood oven. In the total absence of reception, they showed us a table where we could sit at around 21:30, after 15 minutes of total absence of waiters and room staff, we get up to ask for menus and have a minimum of attention. The appetizer arrives after about 40 minutes from the order, the pizzas are served to us at 23:20, so much so that we only taste them leaving them almost entirely on the plate because by now the appetite had gone aside. D	Demetrio Giordano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando la nostra Italia ha giocato contro il Belgio abbiamo avuto la pessima idea di prenotare al Kalura. Arriviamo ci portano il menù.. un bel menù.. ma..... Alla richiesta di una bottiglia di birra mi dice non ne ho... Ok allora questa bottiglia?.. non ne ho.. chiedo scusa di tutte queste birre quale c'è? .. mi risponde solo alla spina.... Chiediamo un fritto misto e ci sentiamo dire non ve lo consiglio perché c'è troppa gente e fra una portata e l'altra ci vuole almeno mezz'ora.. poi solo 2 camerieri con il locale pieno e non mi venite a dire che non ve l'aspettavate perché erano quasi tutte prenotazioni.. dulcis in fundo chiedo una pizza rossa con un po' di prosciutto cotto ma il prosciutto cotto era finito, chiedo il salame piccante e anche il salame piccante non c'era, chiedo al cameriere che prosciutto avete e mi risponde solo il crudo Ok. Morale della favola le 2 stelle sono solo per il conto è la pizza che è buona When our Italy played against Belgium we had the bad idea of booking at Kalura. Place that should be, taken care of a little better as regards the outdoor spaces, gardening and cleaning of the cushions of the armchairs and sofas outside, But the rest is really EXCELLENT.

Unità nota negativa la.prenotazione fatta 2 giorni prima, con recall da parte del locale, ma senza effettiva assegnazione. Lodevole la gestione della proprietà prodigatasi subito nel gestire il fraintendimento. Prezzi il linea con l'ambiente ricercato e non banale.
