M	Manuela Pascarella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location incantevole, abbiamo preso due diversi menù degustazione, entrambi molto curati e interessanti. Bello il prima e il dopo cena, con aperitivo e dessert serviti in riva al mare. La ricerca sul pesce e la materia prima notevole, uno dei migliori stellati in cui mi è capitato di mangiare. Servizio di baby sitting raro quanto gradito: per chi ha figli piccoli ma non si vuole negare una degustazione di cibi e vini che giustamente con i bambini sarebbe molto complicata. Unico piccolo neo di una serata perfetta il sommelier che avrebbe potuto presentare con più cura l'offerta di vini biologici chiesti dai commensali. Enchanting location, we took two different tasting menus, both very accurate and interesting. Nice before and after dinner, with aperitifs and desserts served by the sea. The research on fish and the remarkable raw material, one of the best starred in which I happened to eat. Babysitting service as rare as it is appreciated: for those with small children who do not want to deny a tasting of food and wines which, rightly, would be very complicated with children. The only small drawback of a perfect evening was the sommelier who could have more carefully presented the offer of organic wines requested by the diners.

Cibo ottimo, ricerca delle materie prime e realizzazione dei piatti sorprendente! Il personale gentilissimo e preparatissimo!!! Stella Michelin meritatissima! Torneremo sicuramente! It is not the first time we have dinner in this place. We were thrilled the first time and the second time was a wonderful confirmation! Excellent food, research of raw materials and amazing dishes! The very kind and well-trained staff !!! Michelin star deserved! We will definitely be back!

Venite e ne resterete ammaliati. Friendliness, good taste, superb location, good service but it can improve, excellent cuisine, I recommend the menus to better enjoy the cuisine. Come and you will be enchanted.

La location, all'esterno, è superlativa posizionata come è ai piedi di un costone e serviti praticamente sull'acqua del porticciolo. Un pò meno accogliente il locale ma intimo e con vista mare. Le pietanze dei menù, concordo con qualche altro commento, hanno un preparazione da incantare la vista ma trovo una distonia tra ciò che vedi ed il gusto al palato. Prezzi in linea con la stella. Ci tornerei. Tested in the middle of August in the evening. The location, outside, is superb positioned as it is at the foot of a ridge and served practically on the water of the marina. The restaurant is a little less welcoming but intimate and with a sea view. The dishes on the menus, I agree with a few other comments, have a preparation to enchant the view but I find a dystonia between what you see and the taste on the palate. Prices in line with the star. I would stay there again.
S	Svetlana Pepe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare presso Indaco lunedì 9 maggio. Abbiamo apprezzato ottima cucina e sapori sorprendenti. Tuttavia c’è stata una nota negativa che ha rovinato l’impressione generale della serata. Mentre stavamo ancora degustando il menu scelto i due membri della brigata sono usciti dalla cucina per salutare altri commensali prolungando di parecchio la loro permanenza e alla fine sedendosi a tavolo essendo colleghi. Comprendiamo benissimo che anche gli chef hanno diritto al loro momento di relax ma l’atmosfera creatasi era davvero esageratamente goliardica, da trattoria e non da ristorante elegante. Non volendo più sentire continue risate e battute abbiamo interrotto la nostra visita. Mentre uscivamo di sala gli chef non si sono degnati neanche di salutarci. Soltanto grazie alla professionalità e simpatia del sommelier e della responsabile di sala Clara la situazione è stata un po’ ripresa. Speriamo che sia stato soltanto un singolo episodio e che non succedano simili eventi tutte le sere.

In the Italian spirit, the flavours are subtle and focus on high quality ingredients is clear. The 5-course tasting menu was absolutely perfect in every way. Service was spectacular. Room for improvement in wine advice; sommelier wasn't prepared to recommend a pairing with the tasting menu. The wine list itself is extensive and provides excellent choices at all price levels.
