★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiti da Alessandria, per una giornata di mare a Varazze, abbiamo fatto una bellissima e piacevole scoperta, all'interno dei carrugi della cittadina ligure. Un locale caratteristico ed elegante, gestito da due ragazzi alessandrini, giovani, ma davvero in gamba. Personale educato e simpatico, ottimi la presentazione dei piatti e l'impiattamento. Notevole la carta dei vini, apprezzatissima la cucina, che abbina gusti e prodotti diversi, in maniera innovativa ma sorprendentemente piacevole. Tutti piatti di ottima fattura, molto buoni e molto ben cucinati: un particolare rilievo per "i Bottoni" e per il "Bosco incantato". Sicuramente ci torneremo appena capiteremo a Varazze.
 Departing from Alessandria, for a day at the beach in Varazze, we made a beautiful and pleasant discovery, inside the alleys of the Ligurian town. A characteristic and elegant place, run by two young Alexandrian boys, but really smart. Polite and friendly staff, excellent presentation of dishes and serving. The wine list is remarkable, the cuisine is highly appreciated, which combines different tastes and products in an innovative but surprisingly pleasant way. All dishes of excellent workmanship, very good and very well cooked: a particular importance for "i Bottoni" and for the "Enchanted Wood". We will definitely go back as soon as we come to Varazze.

Il piatto che ci è piaciuto maggiormente sono stati i bottoni con ripieno di burrata, salsa cacciucco e branzino. Veramente buoni e particolari. Dall'antipasto al dolce abbiamo gustato piatti non solo belli da vedere ma anche squisiti. Anche i dolci erano super. Complimenti ai ragazzi, giovani e con tanta passione. Prezzi alti ma proporzionati alla qualità dei piatti e del servizio.
Great experience. Sophisticated and innovative dishes, you can appreciate the passion of the young chefs. The dish we liked the most were the bottoni stuffed with burrata, cacciucco sauce and sea bass. Really good and special. From appetizer to dessert, we enjoyed dishes that were not only beautiful to look at but also exquisite. The desserts were also super. Congratulations to the guys, young and with a lot of passion. High prices but proportionate to the quality of the dishes and the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima scoperta. Ristorante molto intimo gestito da ragazzi giovani, cordiali e volenterosi. Piatti belli e ricercati. Pane fatto in casa, fresco e squisito. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaggiare i "bottoni"( qualcosa di sublime), il piccione con le capesante e una buonissima seppia alla griglia. Abbiamo terminato la nostra cena con il poker di gianduiotti, gioia per gli occhi e per il palato. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per la professionalità, in particolare allo chef Riccardo sempre attento al cliente. Prezzi a mio parere onesti per la qualità del cibo e la ricercatezza delle portate. Super consigliato e spero di ritornare molto presto
Beautiful discovery. Very intimate restaurant run by young, friendly and willing guys. Beautiful and refined dishes. Homemade bread, fresh and delicious. We had the pleasure of tasting the "bottoni" (something sublime), the pigeon with scallops and a very good grilled cuttlefish. We finished our dinner with gianduiotti's poker, a joy for the eyes and the palate. Congratulations to all the staff for their professionalism, in particular to the chef Riccardo who is always attentive to the customer. In my opinion honest prices for the quality of the food and the refinement of the courses. Super recommended and hope to return very soon

The chef Cook is a passionate young man of 20 years of age.
If you don’t eat here it’s your loss
