La prise de commande a été longue (25 min) ainsi que le service des boissons et des plats (encore au moins 30 min pour 1 pizza, 1 plat de frite et 1 plat de fruit de mer frit). Heureusement, tout ce que nous avions commandé était excellent ! Les desserts étaient sans plus. We were warmly welcomed and quickly seated. The order taking was long (25 min) as well as the service of drinks and dishes (still at least 30 min for 1 pizza, 1 dish of fries and 1 dish of fried seafood). Fortunately, everything we ordered was excellent! The desserts were nothing more.

Sono stata lì ieri con mia mamma e mia sorella… Abbiamo ordinato un piatto di cozze marinate, totalmente insipide e secche senza un minimo di gusto. Il tris di mare con una fetta di salmone affumicato, un cocktail di gamberi e due alici marinate ( palesemente comprato e messo nel piatto) . Come primo, due spaghetti alle vongole e gli scrigni con burrata e pomodorini. Parliamo degli spaghetti… lessati, messi nel piatto con due vongole, anche loro insipide e secche con una spruzzata di prezzemolo per rendere il tutto più magico. Gli scrigni… beh , ravioli surgelati, cotti e messi in padella con un po’ di pomodoro. Insomma… per essere sul mare, e fare solo pesce direi più che BOCCIATO One star only for the kindness of the waiter. I was there yesterday with my mom and my sister ... We ordered a plate of marinated mussels, totally bland and dry with no taste. The seafood trio with a slice of smoked salmon, a prawn cocktail and two marinated anchovies (obviously bought and placed on the plate). As a first course, two spaghetti with clams and the caskets with burrata and cherry tomatoes. Let's talk about spaghetti… boiled, placed on the plate with two clams, also tasteless and dry with a sprinkle of parsley to make everything more magical. The caskets ... well, frozen ravioli, cooked and placed in a pan with a little tomato. In short ... to be on the sea, and only fish I would say more than BOCCIATO

La pizza è discreta, benché notevolmente diversa dalla foto nel menù (molto meno ricca di condimenti). Prezzo leggermente alto per quello che viene offerto, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il coperto di due euro (tanto in rapporto a una pizza a 10 euro su tovaglia di carta). The pizzeria is located in a convenient location in the center of Varazze. The pizza is decent, although noticeably different from the photo on the menu (much less rich in toppings). Slightly high price for what is offered, especially as regards the cover charge of two euros (much in relation to a pizza for 10 euros on a paper tablecloth).

The location is by a roundabout and with Friday’s traffic, it can be loud: it was actually not that bad. The service was very friendly and they brought a focaccia as welcome. My main disappointment was the food. I had the grilled seafood platter and it was just not good: the sea bream was bland, the tuna was overcooked, and the prawns have not been deveined (gritty) and also overcooked. Despite the friendly service, I would not come back.
