★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location bellissima...cibo divino.. personale preparato .. alternative per menù personalizzati..da provare assolutamente.. unica pecca (irrilevante ) a mio parere luci un po troppo basse..quel bellissimo lampadario centrale andrebbe sfruttato diversamente..
Beautiful location ... divine food .. trained staff .. alternatives for personalized menus .. to try absolutely .. only flaw (irrelevant) in my opinion lights a little too low .. that beautiful central chandelier should be used differently ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In concomitanza di una serata musicale latina nel parco antistante ho cenato dopo tantissimi anni con moglie e molti amici in questo suggestivo locale rinnovato dalla nuova gestione da poco più di un anno (con iniziativa e coraggio, nonostante il Covid) e situato in una alberata vallata verde alle porte di Longiano.Portate particolari,non tipiche della Romagna,ma comunque gradevolissime.Prezzi onesti.Contiamo di tornarci!
In conjunction with a Latin musical evening in the park in front, I dined after many years with his wife and many friends in this suggestive restaurant renovated by the new management for just over a year (with initiative and courage, despite Covid) and located in a tree-lined valley green at the gates of Longiano. Particular courses, not typical of Romagna, but still very pleasant. Honest prices. We plan to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Setaccio è una graziosissima bomboniera sulla colline di Longiano. Locale curato nel minimo dettaglio, molto romantico, dagli spazi ampi, nuovi e puliti, personale gentile e disponibile. La cucina di questo ristorante è sicuramente un altro punto forte, è frutto di una ricerca accurata e di attenzione da parte dello chef. Forse qualche nota sbilanciata in sapidità si sente nel sapore di qualche piatto, ma in generale l'esperienza culinaria è appagante. Il conto è adeguato al servizio e alla qualità della materia Prima. Personale davvero gentilissimo e pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente (non potevo mangiare alcune cose e hanno subito provveduto accontentandomi egregiamente).

Il Setaccio is a very nice favor on the hills of Longiano. Very romantic restaurant with great attention to detail, with large, new and clean spaces, friendly and helpful staff. The cuisine of this restaurant is certainly another strong point, it is the result of careful research and attention by the chef. Perhaps some unbalanced flavor note is felt in the flavor of some dish, but in general the culinary experience is satisfying. The bill is adequate for the service and quality of the raw material. Staff really very kind and ready to meet the needs of the customer (I could not eat some things and they immediately proceeded, satisfying me very well).
