Abbiamo assaggiato gli antipasti di salumi e i primi al tartufo. Prezzi nella norma. Personale cordiale e professionale. For a dinner with a couple of friends, we booked with TheFork at Il Sangallo restaurant, I must say we enjoyed it. We tasted the salami appetizers and the first courses with truffles. Prices in the norm. Friendly and professional staff.

L’Hotel è di livello, difficile trovare difetti ma, il ristorante, che dire, mi sono sentito veramente a casa. Un grazie va soprattutto a Paolo per il servizio svolto: professionalità, velocità, cortesia, e soprattutto CULTURA, del vino e del cibo. Non ho solo mangiato bene, ho anche imparato molto. Per il resto, ambiente luminoso e molto pulito. I piatti sono preparati sapientemente, con ingredienti di qualità, dagli antipasti ai dolci. Meravigliose le tagliatelle al tartufo, la carne, la selezione di vini. Tutto veramente ottimo. Complimenti! Tornerò, ogni volta che passerò da Perugia. This is the restaurant inside the Sangallo hotel. The Hotel is of a high standard, it is difficult to find faults, but the restaurant, what can I say, I really felt at home. Thanks especially to Paolo for his service: professionalism, speed, courtesy, and above all CULTURE, of wine and food. I have not only eaten well, I have also learned a lot. For the rest, a bright and very clean environment. The dishes are expertly prepared, with quality ingredients, from appetizers to desserts. Wonderful the tagliatelle with truffles, the meat, the selection of wines. All really great. Compliments! I will come back every time I pass by Perugia.

Entrambi i piatti ci hanno decisamente sorpreso, veramente molto buoni! Sorpresa per il prezzo: decisamente conveniente! Due primi ed un dolce a 25€. Decisamente piacevole e da provare! Definitely pleasant experience, extremely helpful service. We tried the first, truffle tagliatelle and guanciale and cherry tomatoes tagliatelle. Both dishes definitely surprised us, really very good! Surprise for the price: very affordable! Two first courses and a dessert for € 25. Definitely enjoyable and to try!

Strozzapreti alla zucca e salsiccia poco decidi di gusto, meglio le tagliatelle al tartufo. Grossa pecca a mio avviso il servizio: siamo arrivati tra i primi 3/4 tavoli, tutti assieme, praticamente abbiamo cenato per ultimi dopo che tutta la sala si è riempita. Secondo me se vuoi privilegiare gli ospiti dell'hotel a discapito di quelli esterni, non dar la possibilità di prenotare all'esterno. Cos'è positive: entratina offerta e prezzi accessibili. 4 hotel restaurant. Booked with TheFork and discount correctly applied. Strozzapreti with pumpkin and sausage you decide little taste, better the tagliatelle with truffle. In my opinion the big problem is the service: we arrived among the first 3/4 tables, all together, we practically had dinner last after the whole room was filled. In my opinion if you want to privilege the hotel guests at the expense of the external ones, don't give the possibility to book outside. What is positive: supply and affordable prices.

Cena in due, locale molto grande, servizio eccezionale con un’attenzione al cliente che non mi è mai capitata prima, ma senza essere invasivi. Abbiamo preso un antipasto di assaggi di formaggi ricco e variegato, due secondi preparati e presentati in modo piacevole e anche molto buoni con contorni anch’essi dello stesso livello. Un dolce offerta da loro, come anche un prosecco a inizio pasto per ingannare l’attesa, caffè. Conto? Onestissimo Da ritornare sicuramente Pleasant surprise .... Restaurant of the same name hotel but open to all. Dinner for two, very large room, exceptional service with an attention to the customer that has never happened to me before, but without being invasive. We took a rich and varied cheeses starter, two pleasantly prepared and presented second courses and also very good ones with side dishes of the same level. All my questions were answered, thank you Andrea V.,Soudro, Concetta and Umberto . Every morning I had a very tasty breakfast with great variety of food, a lot of desert for your morning coffee :-) Looking forward to be in Sangallo again !
