★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Degustation menu was proposed with wines pairing but surprisingly no Somelier and the waiter asking if we want red or white ... strange wine pairing for a gourmet restaurant.
Food looking nice but taste average and no Italian soul ... much better go to the bistrot we tried the day before and more traditional dishes mastered by the kitchen.

My husband had the rigatoni with lobster and I had the sea bass- both were delicious. I especially loved my sea bass! It was amazing; it was so soft and cooked to perfection; it literally melts in the mouth. Still dreaming of this and it has made me a lover of sea bass.
We also enjoyed the complimentary appetiser and dessert treats.
Portions were also adequate and not measly compared to some other fine dining restaurants...
Definitely a restaurant to go to for a great fine dining experience and gourmet food.

We didn't opt for the "Tasting menu" since 3 out of 4 dishes were fish based.
We had the beef fillet and the Cannolli with Ricotta cheese. Both were amazing as well as the starters and desserts.
The service is Michlen quality.
Overall a must if visiting Riva del Garda.
